I just thought you'd be interested in seeing this picture. I take photos of planes spraying, always hoping to catch other things.

I did not see this when taking the photo and it's the only thing out of a whole roll that had anything 'else' in it.

P.S. - I sure hope this is the right picture, should be a black chevron shaped thing in it.

I've been having a hell of a time trying to get this to you. My PC went down and now it doesn't work the same as before for pictures. It's amazing the life out there.

Two Disc Shaped UFOs Caught On Film Over Downtown Ely Nevada (Pictures)

Location of Sighting: Downtown Ely, Nevada.

Full Description of event/sighting: I did not see anything unusual when I was walking around Ely filming old buildings. I began to download from my camcorder last week.

While I was looking for pictures to save, I thought that I saw something over the house, so I saved a still photo and wrote "look for UFO" as the title.

 A few days later, I got the tape back out and captured still photos from it. There are 6 in sequence and then the camera malfunctions and filming abruptly begins again at a different location.

I kind of think the frequency from my camera was intercepted and jammed. I normally get a photo shot that I like before moving on, but the house is crooked and there is junk off to the right that I wouldn't have wanted. I would like to save as a short, very short video (all 6 photos are from the same second in time) but I haven't learned how to do that yet.

 I saved them to "pictures" and then watch as a slide show. Then, they move in very slow motion from left to right, but in real time on the camcorder, they whiz by almost too fast to even see.

A few years ago, while my husband and I were trying to search out an elusive whirring noise, one just like these stopped above us. I could see the small trees around us reflected in it. When it was gone, my husband said (like a zombie) "it was just an airplane".

Didn't look at all like an airplane. It was very shiny like stainless steel, and from approximately 30 feet directly under it, perfectly round.

It looked small. It reminded me of large convex mirrors about 3 feet across that they use at the end of "Hidden Drives" in New England.

A couple of weeks later, two Asian tourist men were being looked for in the same place. Their rental car was left with their wallets in it.

I don't know what ever happened with that story. We traveled around quite a bit with my husband's job (exploratory drilling for gold) and I think that we left there soon after.

That was Hawthorne, Nevada. Our Dog used to go hide every time we pointed to the sky. Well, anyway that's all for now. Sincerely.

Eyewitness Watches Object/UFO For 45 Minutes From Pahrump Nevada (Pictures)

Hello Brian, I live in Pahrump, Nevada. The object was in the northwest sky toward California, but not in the normal direction of Vandenberg AFB.

I will enclose the four pictures that I took that day. I'm sorry the quality is not great.

I saw what I thought was a meteor, it was so slow that the four pictures I took were in the space of 45 minuets before I lost sight of the object.

The only reason I took pictures was because it was nothing like I have seen before. I have seen jet contrails in the sunset, but this was so different and so slow.

I might note I did receive an email from a gentleman in Stephens Point, WI. that saw a similar object on Jan 16. The 4 pictures are numbered in the order taken. Again I am sorry for the quality.

Green Lights Up Over Henderson Nevada USA (Pictures)

Date:  December 2, 2014
Time:  Approx: 9:00 p.m.

Hello, my name is (name removed) and I have been watching these green lights towards Henderson. I have taken a lot of pictures, because to me that is a rare viewing.

I took some earlier around 9:00 p.m. and the other about half an hour ago. Please help me understand why are the planes going around and flying over our apartments which is rare since the airport is not that far, but never see them flying in this direction.

I have been at the airport watching them when they take off and land, and never saw them flying towards where I live.

I can see the Piramide light shoot straight up and is far from where the green lights are.

Also witness right in front of the apartments a cloud which to me it doesn't move and reflect a white light, so I took a picture and also witnessed this with my daughters. This was a bright white light next to the green light twice. Here are some of the pictures I took.

I hope you can send insight on what is going on. Are we being visited by aliens or the military is doing some testing we don't know.


PS - The picture 704 just to prove a point is from the Piramide shooting straight up,733 is the one in front of the apartments, pictures 154 before the bright white and 458 after showing the bright white light next to the green light.

Blue Object Spotted Flying In The Sky From Henderson Nevada

Time:  Approx: 2:30 a.m.

Hi Brian, yes, I am a Henderson resident, and saw something eerily similar to the bright blue light over Henderson article. 

I made a report to astronomy mag blog, should be easy to find.

It was December of 2011, and my wife and I noticed a bluish meteor traveling high towards the north during an evening walk in Henderson, near Anthem.  We didn’t think anything un-usual other then it had a blue tint. 

Other than that, it was fast, far away, and looked very much like a normal meteor.  That night, I woke up at about 2:30 a.m., got a drink of water and was peering out a window, facing the black mountain range. 

A very pure and bright blue meteor flew straight down right over the Black mountain range, which I live at the base.  Strange, it disappeared before hitting the ground. 

The speed was very fast, and like a meteor. It seemed very close this time. I was stunned, as I never saw a meteor head straight down. A few minutes later, another blue meteor came straight down approximately 10 degrees or so from the first one.  

It also disappeared before it hit the ground. At that point, I was scared, and promptly returned to bed!

I did not see any shape at the point other than a bright blue flare like light, and a very long but quickly disappearing blue trail. I saw atmospheric aberration made from the quickly disappearing trail. 

If it’s man made, I would have to guess space junk that re-enters the earth. Otherwise, there is a meteor shower going on, but it doesn’t explain the second independent sighting of blue meteor like objects in the area, that’s for sure. 

I’ve never seen any meteor with this type of pure bright blue light, and I do own an 8” telescope and have some astronomy knowledge! Weird.

5 Orange Colored Balls Of Light Seen Over Dayton Valley Nevada

Date:  January 19, 2013
Time:  Between 7:50 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We live in Dayton Valley, NV at 4,400 feet and are surrounded by mountains.

While my husband and I were watching TV (our TV is on the west wall with a very large window on the north wall) I looked out the window to the north and noticed an extremely bright orange round object that came up over the mountains.

It came up fairly fast, a second followed about 1/2 minute later, then a 3rd followed all in formation. I went outside, while my husband stayed inside. I watched as the orange lights moved forwarded then appeared to be moving upwards.

The 1st one finally blinked out, then the 2nd one, then the 3rd one. The 2nd and 3rd objects blinked out at the same place the 1st one did, I remember this as I was using a couple of stars to mark their progress.

I was about ready to go back into the house when my husband yelled, "here comes another". I watched the 4th one, it followed the same path as the first 3 did and disappeared as the first 3 did.

Then again my husband yelled, "here comes another"! The 5th one followed the same path and disappeared as the other four had done.

There was absolutely no noise made by these 5 orange objects.

The weather was cold, about 20 degrees and the sky was crystal clear and full of stars.

Object/Light Was Neon Green In Color And Shooting Across The Sky Seen West Of Carlin Nevada (Area Blocked Off)

Time:  5:30 p.m.

On 01/15/2013 I was traveling west bound 20 miles west of Carlin Nevada. It was 5:30 p.m. on my way to work.

I seen something that resembled a shooting star, but it was somewhat daylight.

I watched it fall all the way to the horizon. It was bright, almost neon green and have seen nothing like it before.

I was telling the guys at work about it and one of the guys I work with said, his wife who lives at Boise Idaho seen something hit the ground and was glowing bright blue at almost the same time I seen it go across the sky.

It was his last nightshift and was heading back to Boise the next day. I had him check it out and he said the whole area was blocked off and there was a excavating crew on site and has been there for 3 days.

I have tried to Google for more information and come up with nothing. I need to know what this is. I hope you can help me. If you want to talk to me my name is (name and phone number removed). 100% serious and accurate on what I seen.

Green Object/Light Flew Eight Feet Above Ladies Home In North Las Vegas Nevada

This morning at 2:00 a.m. I had experienced a green orb light. I had done some research which led me to this article. Strange thing it was approximately 2:00 a.m. when I seen it, it was 8 feet over me and my home. I am in North Las Vegas.

I was so scared I opened my door and yelled for my husband, but by the time he got to the door, the light that was moving was gone. I find it odd that someone else has seen the same exact type of green orb.

Dark Sky Turns Bright Blue For A Couple Of Seconds Over Henderson Nevada

Two Neon Blue Streaks Of Light Fall From The Sky Over Reno Nevada

Hello, I came across your experience in a Google search. I live in Reno, NV and between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. I saw two bright, almost neon, blue streaks fly across the sky.

It went okay an angle from top right to bottom left like it was falling down. It was long and went fast. Nothing like meteors I've seen before. Is that like what you saw? It scared me. I am in Cold Springs, so I am about a half hour north of Reno and I saw the streaks westward. Have you found what they are? Thanks

Two Blinding Blue White Balls Of Plasma Appeared On High Voltage Line At Nevada/California Border

Brian, I saw your articles and decided to add my sighting to your data. I am an ironworker and work at the Molycorp Mountain Pass, California mine. 

Yesterday, August 21, 2012, at 14:30 hours, my co-worker and carpool buddy and I were headed  back to Las Vegas after an 8 hour shift. 

A light rain fell as we drove north on the I-15 in moderate traffic. The state line was, but a few miles north when we both gasped in amazement at the sight ahead of us.

Two blinding blue-white balls of plasma appeared on the high voltage/high tensile ground line that stretched across the interstate. 

They were approximately 15 to 20 feet in diameter and were stationary on the Nevada Energy power line. The odd thing about this phenomena is that the balls of plasma were separated by at least 100 yards and both plasma balls appeared and disappeared at the same time.

The duration of the  occurrence: 15 seconds.

Boomerang Shaped UFO Seen In The Sky Over Las Vegas Nevada

Hi there, I wanted to inform you of something I witnessed the evening of April 21, 2012 at approximately midnight in Las Vegas.

 

A group of us were on a roof patio and looked up and witnessed a boomerang shaped object moving slowly and silently through the sky. It had no lights, and continued in one direction very slowly until it was no longer visible.

 

Similar to the sighting in Texas that I read (the same night).

Long Thin Black UFO Seen The Sky Over North Las Vegas Nevada

 

Date:  April 12, 2012

Time:  12:00 p.m.

 

Number of witnesses: At least 5.

Shape of Objects: Cylinder.

 

Full Description of Event/Sighting: It was black and long, thin and curved in on itself and bent back to its regular shape. It had two strobe lights on the front sides of it.

 

I was told it was in the sky, and I looked up and saw it, and I couldn't stop staring at it. It was too long to be a bird/plane, too dark to be a shadow, and I had to go inside so I never saw what happened to it, but there was a lot of air crafts in the sky at the time, so more people must of saw it.

7 Red Colored Lights/Objects Seen In The Sky From North Las Vegas Nevada

 

Date:  April 6, 2012

Time:  9:30 p.m.

 

Number of witnesses: 2

Number of Objects: About 7.

Shape of Objects: Red dots in night sky, like stars.

 

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We were headed back to our car in the parking lot and spotted a cluster of very slowly moving red star-like objects.

 

We watched for a moment, and they did not appear to change color or flash in any manner (as a helicopter light would), only seemed to head in the direction of north at an extremely slow pace.

 

Three of the objects were in a large triangle shaped flying pattern. The other 4 or so were trailing behind in an un-patterned cluster. As I got out my phone to take a picture, a few of the objects had already disappeared.

 

The group of three seemed to not move for a moment of time then slowly began to move again and then dissipate. This happened at the edge of North Las Vegas as you enter into the Mountainous desert region.

Three Blue Meteors Seen In 24 Hours Over Henderson Nevada

 

Date:  December 2011

Time:  Early evening and 2:00 a.m.

 

Yes, I've seen a blue light "meteor", three times in Henderson, Nevada. Saw all three in a 24 hour period, in December of 2011. The first was in early evening, very quick, so I thought was a meteor.

 

The second time was about 2:00 a.m. in morning, blue light headed straight down and disappeared.

 

Moment later, another blue light did exactly same thing in close proximity to first one.

 

It shocked me to see two meteors, coming so close to ground in relatively quick succession.

Strange Green Light Makes Unusual Maneuvers In The Sky Over Interstate 80 Tahoe Nevada

 

Date:  January 25, 2012

Time:  Evening.

 

Hello, my two friends and I were driving east on 80 up to Tahoe tonight and saw a green light moving in the air in a flight pattern we had never seen. Up, down and diagonal. There was no tail, no flashing lights. 

 

It was not big enough to be a helicopter, or plane and couldn't have been with the way it was moving. 

 

Maybe a radio controlled something? To big to be a laser or pointer of some sort. I've never seen a UFO, or never reported anything. When I saw it, I  brought it to the attention of driver and front passenger.

 

All of us saw the same thing. No drinking or drugs. Regards.

Bright Blue Light Streaks Across The Sky Over Las Vegas Nevada

 

Date:  January 2012

Time:  Evening.

 

I witnessed a bright blue light streak across the Las Vegas sky. I'm not sure how long ago it was, possibly a couple of weeks ago. It moved to fast to be a plane, but too slow to be a meteor. I was driving so I took my eyes off of it for a couple of seconds and looked back to find it was gone.

 

My wife was sitting in the passenger and saw the same thing.
