UFO Landing - Bright Light Wakes Up A Nine Year Old Child (Burnt Circle In Field)

Hello Brian, I found your report on Bruce's sighting and wanted to let you know that in 1976 I was 9 years old. I remember being in bed sleeping and suddenly there was this extremely bright light, it lit up my entire bedroom to the point that I thought it was daytime. I got up and looked out my window.

Our house sat next to a huge empty lot, right before you go out towards Cannon, the street name was Tucker Circle.

Anyway, the light was so bright I went to wake up my mom and dad, but they waved me back to bed. It was after midnight. I laid there in bed scared,
because it was like the entire front yard and my window were being hit by this light.

The field across from our house caught fire and when we went outside the next day, there was a perfectly burned circle. I have never found any record of this at all of the UFO landing, but the grass was burned.

 I remember we were not allowed to play in that field for awhile as our parents decided too many people were suddenly over there a lot.

I don't know if this helps or not and since it was so long ago a lot of it I don't remember. But I could not ever forget that bright light or being so scared.

I hope Bruce will be ok. I've never come forward with this story, which is weird considering I work for a Paranormal Radio program. It does help me to relate to our guests and to look into other sightings. Mine seems miniscule in comparison.

10 Balls Of Light And Bands Of Light Seen Over Witnesses Field In Farmington Minnesota

Time:  Approx: 10:00 p.m. or 10:30 p.m.

Last night my boyfriend and I were out having a bonfire. We live in the country and were hoping to see the Northern Lights. The sky was quite cloudy, so we figured we wouldn't be able to view them.

Around 10:00 p.m. or 10:30 p.m., we noticed light in the sky and walked out into our field. There were approximately 10 balls of light moving in a circle, kind of like a disco light looks spinning on a ceiling.

Every once in a while one would break from the circle and fly through the center to the other side. The lights would disappear and then bands of light would kind of pulsate across the sky. This cycle kept repeating for about 1/2 hour to an hour.

Finally two bands of light appeared over our field, winked off and on a few times and then came back on. At that point the balls of light disappeared for good and the bands of light went out. We tried filming them, but couldn't pick them up on camera. It was the strangest thing I have ever seen!

Eyewitness Films Lights/UFOs Over Corn Field At Trafalgar Indiana (Video And Pictures)

I watched the lights move around the large ball. If you watch closely, it separates into several different little lights. I videoed for 30 seconds, but stopped and took pictures because I could zoom in for the pictures.

I watched this for 20 minutes then the lights just went away, like someone turned it off. It was over a corn field.

Thank you for the reply, it was June 23rd 2014 at 9:30 p.m. I took a picture of a map to show you location. I was driving on W300s heading east.

The sighting was to my right which would be south of W300s. The sighting I predict was between W300s and W350s Trafalgar in 46181.

Football Field Sized Rectangular UFO Seen Over Charlotte North Carolina

Time:  5:00 p.m.

 

I witnessed a rectangle shaped UFO in Charlotte, NC September 2004 in 5:00 p.m. rush hour traffic. I was the only one who reported it, and I know others saw it as well. It was about the size of a football field about 100 yards away floating silently.

 

It was encased with army green reflective glass and you could see the panel casing.

 

No lights, no sound. I admit when I first saw it, I thought it must be a plane pulling a banner, but I quickly realized that wasn't the case.

Large Green Light Travels Through The Sky And Seen From Chase Field In Downtown Phoenix Arizona

I was on the roof of the high rise next to Chase Field in downtown Phoenix when I saw a large green light flash diagonally across the sky in front of me.

 

There were three others with me and we all saw it. It didn't look like it was much higher in elevation than we were, and it only lasted about 2 seconds, but it traveled quite a distance in that 2 seconds.

 

No way it was a meteor not only because it was green, but because it was shooting across the sky parallel with the ground.

Diamond Shaped UFO The Length Of A Football Field Over Tarpon Spring Florida

Full Description of Event/Sighting: It was 5:30 a.m. on May 18th in Tarpon Springs, Florida when I saw at first one very large white light in the west, northwest sky over the Gulf of Mexico.

 

I knew it was not the Moon as it was to small, but way to big for a planet or a star. Then I notice it’s getting closer. I waited and waited and now it’s right above me moving so slow I could ride a bike and keep up with it if I had one.

 

This thing was huge, I mean huge. It was the length of a football field and shaped like the diamond on a deck of cards. Very dark in color, more like a diamond shadow 300 feet up with one very large white light in the front nose, with two white light on the belly about 25 to 30 feet apart that would turn red then white.

 

It was heading southeast, there was no sound, that’s what freaks me out. Then a second one just like the first one.

UFO Hovers Over Corn Field And Flashing Lights Start As It Ascends Above Westfield Indiana

Dear Brian Vike, at approximately 7:54 pm on October 23, 2011 I was leaving the horse farm where my horse is boarded on Mulebarn road between 193rd St and 206th St in Westfield, IN when I noticed a strange object hovering about 100 feet west of Mulebarn Rd. above a corn field. 

 

It was not clear how high the object was, but it did not appear to be much higher than a street light because I thought that is what it was until the light pattern started changing and then it started to ascend.  When I first saw it, it was just a single bright white light, but then it started flashing light colors of red, orange, green and blue as it ascended.

 

It went straight up and then continued west at a relatively steady yet slow pace, and then all of a sudden shot straight up into the air and disappeared. I rolled down the window of my car and heard nothing, and whereas I did not have a video camera of any kind, so I did not get footage of it. 

   

I am an energy practitioner and when I returned my horse to the field about 10 minutes before I left the farm, the energy that was in the atmosphere was quite different. I felt like I was being watched, yet there was no one around, and then I realized that this energy was a very different energy that I had never felt before. 

 

Then I had the thought of aliens/UFO presence, so I cleaned up very quickly and left, and when I was leaving, this was when I saw the object in the sky. It was peculiar because it was just hovering very closely to the ground for several minutes and I stopped my car in the road and watched it. I continued driving when it started to move.

Two Football Field Sized Orange Colored UFO Outside Amity Oregon

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was driving from Macnminnville OR to Monmouth OR and had just passed Amity, OR driving south on HWY 99w. I noticed an orange circle glowing in the sky on the left side of my windshield's horizon. I was driving for at least a minute and it was complacent, or at least seemed to be. If it was moving, it wasn't quick because it seemed to be at a complete stop in the sky.

About a minute or so after just watching it, it flew over the HWY illuminating the clouds as it went over me. I'm not good with sizes, but I would estimate the light being around the size of a couple of football fields or so as it was flying over my car, and it was moving without noise.

It wasn't moving super fast, but it definitely went over the whole horizon in about 10 seconds. It seemed to move without any trouble at all, like it didn't have a propulsion system or something. I tried to find it again in the sky to my right after it flew over but it was gone.

Large Glowing Spherical UFO And Witness Feels Static Field Intensify Over Kewanee Illinois

Date: October 11, 1989 could feel the intensity of the static field intensify
Time: Approx: 9:00 p.m.

On the night of 11 October 1989, I left Kewanee, Illinois and was driving home after a meeting. I was alone and driving west on IL route 81. At a few minutes after 9:00pm I was approximately 4 miles west of Kewanee on a section of route 81 running north (near the intersection of Tower Road) On the right, east is hills and broken timber/pasture and on the left, west are flat open tilled farm fields. I would have been traveling north.

I suddenly noticed a red (red/orange) flashing light. At the time, I thought an emergency vehicle or deputy sheriff had suddenly come up behind me. This happened without warning and I thought the vehicle had approached me, possibly with no headlights on, or was so close I could not see the headlights.

Here, I should elaborate and mention that I had just recently purchased a new (1989) Ford F-150 pickup truck and had a fiberglass 'topper' installed that day. I was unfamiliar with the somewhat obstructed field of view and the still new vehicle. I had not been drinking or using any drugs. I do recall being somewhat fatigued after a long and busy day. I slowed and moved over to the shoulder of the road.

As I came to a stop on the shoulder, I was still thinking I was being pulled over for some reason. I then realized the red or red/orange light was reflecting in the space between the back window of the truck and the topper. I shut the engine off at this point thinking I had some kind of electrical problem with some lights on the new and unfamiliar truck topper. I shut the engine off and opened the drivers door, at about the same moment I realized the light was also reflected on the hood of the truck.

I stepped out of the open drivers door to stand on the ground and realized that a large glowing sphere was positioned almost directly overhead. I estimated the object to be approximately 50 – 70 feet above ground and approximately 20 – 25 feet in diameter. It was smooth and glassy appearing on its surface, which was most noticeable between the brighter intensity pulses. I want to emphasize that these 'pulses' were not flashes as in 'on-off,' but were pulsations of brighter-dimmer, never shutting off completely.

I also noticed a strong definite static field that increased in unison with the pulses of brighter light. I could not visualize the surface of the object when the light pulses were at peak intensity. During the less intense/dim phase of the light pulses, the surface was clearly visible and totally featureless from my point of view.

The surface was very smooth and glass-like transparent and within appeared a swirling, smoky or viscous liquid type substance against the inner surface. From what was visible to me, I would insist this object was a perfect globe or sphere and emitted light from its entire outside surface.

Over the next 1-2 minutes the quality and duration of the bright/dim light cycle changed to a longer bright and shorter dim but the frequency of the light cycle seemed constant. It did not pulse faster, just longer and brighter pulses with shorter dim intervals until it approached constant bright 'On'. I hope I can make this clearly understood. I could feel the intensity of the static field intensify also. I did not move from my position next to the truck between the open door and cab.

I had the feeling that something was going to happen with the changes in the light emissions and static field, but did not know what to expect.

When the light pulses became a constant 'On', the object very suddenly shot west, with a departure so rapid that there was a vacuum 'POP'. I can only describe it as being like a huge cork violently pulled from a bottle. I was aware of no noise prior to this moment. The object stopped very suddenly in the western sky for a few seconds (3-5 miles away?) then seemed to change directions approximately 90 degrees to due north for a couple miles, stopping suddenly again for only a moment then disappearing to the western horizon.

My next recollection was the realization that I was sitting in my parked truck in my back yard (approximately 2 miles north of the site described) with the truck pointing west and watching the western sky where the object disappeared. This was not an area where I would typically park. I walked into the house a few minutes before 11:00pm so I was evidently in the truck for some time.

It was a very pleasant evening both temperature and weather and I recall an overall feeling of 'stunned amazement'. I do not recall ever feeling fear or apprehension. I realize that some time is unaccounted for, but I have attributed that to some kind of emotional shock. I have remained in excellent health.

Triangle Of Lights Over Pendleton Area Towards March Field California

My boyfriend, went to his friends house to practice in the garage (loud metal music) and his 2 band mates were telling him that they had seen 3 lights in the sky and described what they saw. He was trying to picture it. They practiced for a couple of hours, with garage door closed. When they were done they opened the garage door (as they always do) and chat for a while before calling it a night, when one of his friends said "There it is again!"

So my boyfriend tried to use his cell phone to capture it on video. It's not a good recording, but a few times you could see the lights in the video. We can try to send a copy if you're interested. Also, did you happen to notice Military choppers flying over the are from Pendleton area towards March Field? Just curious. I noticed them a couple of times.

Football Field Sized Black Triangular UFO Observed Over Rathdrum Idaho

Date: September 2009

Time: Evening.

What I saw was not in Co., but I was in Rathdrum, Idaho. September 2009. I have been telling everyone what I saw because I got a real good look at it, as it was almost directly overhead. Not more than 200 or 300 feet. up. It had 2 dull large white lights on, one on each end of 2 points, like a triangle flying backwards, as it traveled from the south to north in a straight line, very slow and with no noise at all.

One of its lights grew extremely bright and then receded back down as it was. This gave me the glimpse of the objects surroundings. The light had a housing around it that was reflective, like a rim around the light itself. The outside surface of the triangle was of course black, but what I saw in no way looked like metal, more like material, like a bunch of little squares, flat black and non- reflective.

This object was indeed as large as a football field or larger. I have no doubt its one of ours. Also I strongly believe they wanted to be seen. What better way to hide something sometimes than to just hide it in the open and call it a UFO. So many people everywhere have seen them, that I feel comfortable telling my story now and not being ridiculed or being looked at as a nutcase anymore. Thanks.

Strange Light In The Field At Minooka Illinois

Two Orange Lights Hovering Over A Field At Casita In Loma Plaza Taos New Mexico

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was sound asleep in my Casita in Loma Plaza in Taos when the whole of the Casita lit up as if someone turned on all the lights. I could see that the light was coming from outside and from the rear of the house, so I looked out the window to see what it was.

I saw two orange objects hovering in the distance above the ground. They were both so bright it was almost difficult to make out what I was seeing, but I was very frightened as they seemed quite near. I could not tell how large they were or how near. I watched them hover there for about 20 minutes and then tried to go back to sleep.

A few minutes later the lights went away as suddenly as they appeared. I looked out the window once more and saw nothing.

The following day I went and searched around the back of the property to see if I could find something that would reasonably explain what I had seen. I found nothing out of the ordinary, nor did I find anything that would explain where the lights and glowing orange orbs came from. I wish I had found an explanation.

1976 UFO Hovering Above A Field At Clovis New Mexico

I was only 6 when it happened, but I remember that we pulled over on the side of the road with many other people and watched the UFO hover over a field moving in strange sideways patterns before it shot straight up into the air and disappeared. Disk Shaped UFO Hovers Over Field Springfield Illinois

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was talking to my husband on the phone and looked to my right and saw what appeared to be a disk shaped object hovering in the air over a field. It appeared to be disk shaped, because I could see red, blue and white lights around it. I told my husband I was going to pull over to look at it and try to get a photo on my cell phone.

After I pulled over, I watched the disk for what seemed like a minute or so and then it started moving straight up and flew over my vehicle and flew to the southwest. I had trouble getting my phone camera to work and finally got a picture, but the object was pretty far away by then so I didn't expect anything to show up in the photo.

Later when I looked at the photo, there was a small round light to the side of the photo. Also, when I was taking the picture of the object when it was going southwest, I put my window down and could hear what sounded like a plane, but with an extra sound that was not familiar to me. I am familiar with the sound of helicopters as the hospital helicopter flies over our house frequently, and it did not sound like a helicopter. The lights on the side of the object appeared to be well defined head or tail lights and appeared only to be on the bottom of the object.

Football Field Shaped Object Around 20 Miles North Of Tampa Florida

Date: Late Summer 2008 and early Fall 2008.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I think I saw the same thing that someone else has posted. It was a football field shape and about 200 feet high and 1/4 mile in-front of me moving across the 589 Tollway. The one I saw did not have bright lights, it was black and white and you could see through it. I think it was the same thing and maybe something for advertising, but I really would want to know what it was. There were no airplanes around it and it made no sound.

It did look like something that would be pulled behind an airplane and it wasn't. I also saw it maybe 4 miles south of Tampa later in the year, but there was no apparent way to get to where it was. It seemed to be the same position, maybe 200 feet in the air, but not moving this time. It was stationary. Well, let me know if anyone else has seen this thing and let me know what it is.

Marcy New York Cigar Shaped UFO As Large As A Football Field

I too have seen a cigar shaped object in the sky over Marcy NY, this object was about 1/2 mile high in the sky and did not have any lights on it. It was the size of a football field and made not a noise. I thought I heard a humming, but if pushed for an answer, I would have to say it made no noise. I was traveling west as the sun was setting and I seen out my drivers side window, a large cigar shaped something that moved slowly to my right, north, towards I thought was the direction of Griffis Air base. Anyways as it passed over, I had to pull over to get out and see. I did notice that another vehicle also had stopped, it was headed in the opposite direction than me.

I want to say that it had a shadowy grey appearance to it. It's center edge stuck out a little, almost like looking at a submarine sandwich and it hovered over for no longer then a minute and in an instant it darted to the north, you could see it move out of sight at it's same elevation, but it moved and I mean moved. I never seen something that size move from a standstill to super speed in my life, I got in my truck and raced over to a friend in Whitesboro and told him what I had seen, he seemingly believed me. I had a feeling that I had better not make a big deal about this, what I had seen changed me a little in what I would believe, but I knew that when you harp on something people get spooked away from you.

I bring this story up now because the night of the shuttle launch, or the very next morning I had noticed a very bright light in the sky, almost like a star. It trailed from west to east and sped fast across the sky. I know it wasn't a jet and I am guessing it was not the shuttle, it may have been, but I am not sure. Well anyways that sighting brought back my cigar shaped sighting. I wish I could remember the year I saw it, I know it was at least 15 years or so, give or take another 5 years, this is the first time I am telling this to an outfit that tracts this research. I am 52 and its too late to accuse me of being a crack pot now. I have my time in at work and this info seems to be out there more often. I should say that before this sighting I was a believer in God and His Son, and still today I am still a believer. I always look up.

Mesa, Arizona Boomerang Shaped UFO The Size Of A Football Field

Full Description of event/sighting: I was sitting on my deck smoking a cigarette watching planes fly over my house. They pass my house at 3-5000ft on there way to land at Kphx. I was looking up and seen a craft as big as a football stadium. It was boomerang shaped with about 8 solid red lights non blinking, black in color. It was silent and moving slow probably 80 knots. It is a full moon tonight that probably gave me the good view of the shape when it was turning, it looked like a giant boomerang. Before it turned all I could see was the solid red lights. I ran in to get my camera, unfortunately it was no longer visible. It was the biggest craft I ever seen in my life! The sighting lasted about one minute before I ran in to get the camera.

Lake Murray Dam Columbia, South Carolina Football Field Sized UFO

Location of Sighting: Lake Murray Dam.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Triangle.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving home from work when I started to drive across the Lake Murray dam. As I approached the dam I saw a really bright light in the sky. I didn't think anything about it, I just thought it was a plane. Then I realized that no aircrafts are allowed to fly over the dam after 9/11 happened. Anyways as I started to cross the dam, it wasn't moving and it was very low and had 5 very bright lights with a red light in the middle of the craft. As I was looking at it, I noticed the moon was shining on it and it did not have any wings. It was very big about the size of a football field or so. I have never seen any type of aircraft that big flying that low. I got to the other side of the damn about a mile away and turned around, as I started driving back towards it, it suddenly just jolted forward and disappeared behind a tree-line.

Tampa, Florida Rectangular UFO The Size Of A Football Field Or More

Hello, I was searching on the internet for reports of a UFO that I saw in Tampa around 2004, and I ran into an article on your website that seemed to match

Personally, I am interested in contacting this witness, because they said they had some drawings. Do you know how I can contact this person? I didn't see
an address anywhere. Also, I would be interested in posting an attached witness account to this, or a very similar sighting.

I only saw one craft, but it was hovering very low, just above the tree-line, so I got a very close 5 minute look at it from my yard. It was going very slow. I really thought it was a blimp at first but the more I looked at it, there were no markings or cabin etc. It was very odd and was completely neon with 2 or 3 alternating colors. It was also about the size of a Football field or more and was in a rectangular shape with rounded corners. In a way, it looked like a lot of inner tubes within each other. That is why I thought it was a blimp, especially since it was glowing neon colors.

However, it would seem that someone would use this as an advertisement since it was so bright and glowing. There was no cabin or basket so it must have been helium or something, if it was a balloon, and thus unlikely that it was uninhabited by people. That's why I was baffled that there were no advertisements or markings. It seemed to serve no purpose unless it was a designed hoax. It was too magnificent, bright and large for someone not to want credit or use it to their advantage for ads. The more I stared at it, the stranger it looked. It finally went over the trees and I couldn't see it anymore. By this time, I was compelled to jump in my car and follow it, but I decided against it. Now I wish I did. ha!
