North Bay, Ontario Seven Blue Spheres (UFOs)

Full Description of event/sighting: This was the time of the black out in 2001 that lasted until morning in North Bay, Ontario. It was also in the North Bay, nugget with no explanation on the black out. This was a 2 to 3 hour sighting of 7 blue spheres at 11:45pm and lasted to 2:30 to 3:00am. Culpeper County Virginia - The Virginia Lights (UFOs)

Hello Sir, I am emailing you because I saw on your site a series of sightings that have been occurring since 2005 over Culpeper County Virginia. It seems that many people including myself are continuing to see the same thing. I wanted to send you my sighting report in hopes you can add it to your collection of the other Virginia sightings.
This sighting has been an ongoing event which started in November 2005. The area the sighting occurred is on my families farm in the rural county of Culpeper Virginia. It all started when we had a party in November of 2005. The lights were first noticed by a friend who said "what is that" I looked and saw what I can only describe as something that looked similar to the Phoenix lights. There were approximately 15 people at the party and we were all baffled. The lights were bright white in color and looked like a ORB/sphere in shape. After about 15 minutes of viewing, I asked my friends if what we are seeing were flares from the near by Quantico Military base.
Most agreed and than one said "Yep, I think your" but before he could finish his sentence someone else said "I have never seen flares move like that. Astonishingly the lights started to move in unison in a easterly direction. There were approximately 10 lights, all were lined up in a straight line, from west to east, and seemed to make a noticeable outline of something HUGE. Unbelievably this collection of lights started to move, from our vantage point it looked to be at least 200-500 feet long and flying at an estimated 300-500 feet over the tree line. The lights moved slowly, approximately 2.5 miles and than started to turn north. Because of this turn these lights made a dip up then gradually swept North. This is when we noticed there was another collection of lights on the bottom of this thing. I think this is when most of us realized this was something very special and quite extraordinary.
After the lights completed their turn we were able to see the back which was comprised of what looked like eight lights, four on top four on the bottom. There also was a strange haze between the top and bottom lights, I'm not sure how to describe it but it was a blurry bluish haze. It was shortly after this when the lights faded from view as it continued to head north in the direction of Washington DC.
About 6 months later I received a phone call from one of my friends, he was also at the November party and saw the "Virginia Lights". He explained that he had camped the night before at the property and had another sighting of the lights. This time he said it didn't turn North but stayed due east in the direction of the Fredericksburg area. The reason I am reporting this to you now is that I had another sighting of the "Virginia Lights" this past weekend. This time the lights were further off in the distance when first spotted and again headed North but in a more North Easterly direction, again toward Washington DC. Interestingly, the lights seem to be rising out of the tree line which is approximately 1-3 miles distance.
I have done some internet research on the lights and found there has been some very similar sightings occurring throughout the Northern Virginia area. In particular, there were many sightings in the vicinity of Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, Gainesville and the Dale City and Woodbridge Va areas. The description of these sightings were so eerily similar and since this was the direction we saw the lights heading makes me think we may have seen the same thing. That's all I have for now. Loiusville, Illinois Lights Appearing And Disappearing - Strange Event

Location of Sighting: Above a field by the road on Starling Dr. Clay Co. Louisville, Ill.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1 set of 3 lights.
Shape of objects: Kind of like in the shape of a triangle.
Full Description of event/sighting: Just before I got home my daughter and I saw these 3 lights in the sky, she saw 4, but a mainly saw 3 not high like stars and they was a lot bigger like street lights. I stopped the car and the lights then went out, but came back on in seconds, then I got out of the car. To maybe get a better look and they went out again. This time they came back on then disappeared for good. Later I told a police officer in Flora Il. about it to see if anyone else might have reported anything that night, but he said no. Then he said he had seen something like that not far from there one time while he was fishing. But thought it was something to do with the airforce or government. It was very different, but the lights didn't look over a100 feet in the sky above the ground.

Evans, Colorado A Large Egg Shaped Gold Metallic UFO

Full Description of event/sighting: I was coming home from shopping in town when something made me look in my rear view mirror before I turned into my dirt driveway on a quiet road. I saw something peeking out of a cloud, so I backed up and drove up to it. I live off of a dirt road and it was just me and this object. I lived near a Air Force base growing up so it would take alot to get me amazed, which I was. It was a large egg shaped, gold metallic craft without any wings, but might have had black tails, and it was made out of a shimmering metal that would transform from gold to white and shimmer gold again.
It hovered over me silently. I felt that it knew I was there and we must have been watching each other. It then backed up into the cloud where I didn't see it emerge again. I surmised it was using clouds to hide in.

Full Description of event/sighting: I made myself write this report because I think that this is important information. I too have always been fascinated by UFOs. I am the kind of person that will believe about 80% of what people say as long as they have something that I can examine and come to my own conclusion. I am 51 years old and I have worked as a Barber at the same shop for 31 years. I have a great mind for details. On the day I saw the sphere, I walked out of back door onto our left side of our patio. As I came out, something bright came into view about 15 feet from me moving left to right in my backyard. It was a sphere, bright in silver color with bluish streaks. It was moving about as fast as a young child would casually ride their bicycle. As it moved into view, it slowed down and became baby blue in color and then changed color again as it stopped.
It turned to the color of a natural gas blue flame. I was able to see the inside of this thing and I have read many UFO accounts looking for another description and have not found one. This is why I think this is important to us all to try to understand what these orbs are. I read one short account of a lady who saw a sphere with a square shadow. Let me tell you why. The outside is clear bubble with a black cube inside, each side of the cube has a cone shaped hole in the middle in which this blue light comes. The edges of the cube glowed violet. Looking up through it, I could see 2 big clouds that were high in the sky being projected through the top of the bubble in a smaller size that was in a concave shape like the bubble. Call for more.

Nipomo, California Two UFOs And Letter In The Local Newspaper On Them

Full Description of event/sighting: I don't need to describe it as I have 2 hours of video that will describe the two unidentified or lets just say yet to be identified objects. And from what I have found online this seems to be the longest recording of any sighting. Two objects that were just sitting very far away in the night sky looking like stars but I knew they weren't because of the time of night, right at dusk and because they appeared to be flashing.
I had been watching the moon and Jupiter and Venus conjunction show that was happening at that same time and that's what made me look in that direction. That planet show had been in our western sky very clear and bright. Right at dusk was the best time to view the planet's and it was getting close to the end of that as the planets by now were getting farther and farther apart as they would appear each night now.
I walk outside to go to my car and look upward to see where the planets were and I seen these two objects that look like stars. The first thing I said was " what's that," and just stood there and looked at them for a few minutes watching to see if they were planes. They just sat there not moving.
I then went into the house and asked my wife and roommate to come outside and take a look. They didn't have any idea either, even my 18 month old grandson walked out and noticed them. My stepson then arrived from work to pick up his son and walked up and asked what we were looking at. I said, "I don't know, you work at Vandenburg (Air Force Base) you tell me." He jokingly said," I could, but then I have to kill you." He stood there and watched them and then said he thought they were some sort of aircraft and I said, " Ok when you find out what type let me know." He never has and he still doesn't know what they are either. I then went into the house got my video camera and started recording.
I showed my stepson and his dad (who also works at the base, they both work for Boeing building rockets) the video at Xmas and his dad had no idea either. He thought possibly a helicopter.
But to make this long story short I have 2 hours of video of these two objects moving around. But the most interesting parts of this video is when I zoom in on them and you see lights that are flashing on and off, back and forth in a strobe pattern along what appears to be the rim of the objects. There is what I call the larger object and then the smaller one and both of the light patterns on each are different.
If they are aircraft then I would like to know what type. But remember these objects sat in the same area moving back and forth for almost 2 hours at a very high altitude before they started moving west and then finally went out of camera sight. I went on line a couple of nights later to see if there was any other sighting, but didn't find any.
So I just thought I would wait and see what happens next and see if anyone else reported anything and just a couple of days ago a lady here in Nipomo posted a letter to the editor in our local paper asking if anyone had seen the UFO's last week which was around the 28th or 29th of Dec. right around the same time of night and in about the same general area. But she said in her letter they were there for a short time and then were gone and disappeared from view. So if you would like to see the video let me know. Thanks.

South East Of Anola Manitoba Bright Light With Different Colors

Full Description of event/sighting: Was driving home from Winnipeg to Anola and noticed a bright light (like a very bright star). But this light was green, blue and red in color. The object didn't seem to be moving. Upon getting home and using the binoculars, we noticed the red light was in the center of the object with blue lights surrounding it. The object seemed to be vibrating or moving in tiny circles. Occasionally the blue would turn green. As I am typing this the object remains there. My daughter videotaped it. And my husband also witnessed it. Over the last hour the object has moved slowly higher in the sky. I am going back to watch it now. What is this?

Full Description of event/sighting: A number of bright orange circles ascending similar paths, all headed right to left, covering approx 120 degrees of sky, some accelerating some decelerating, some in formation, some slowing and waiting for others to complete formation. Numbers ascending; ones, twos, threes to eights. 10 sec to 30 sec gaps before next group. More and more of us watching in amazement as the count went from 20 to approx 130 before it stopped. As this all happened within the stacking circle of planes to Stanstead, this must have also been witnessed by many pilots. Clear sky; planes distinguishable because of navigational lights, circular motion, and obviously engine noise. Orange objects in groups, travelling in same direction and silent.

Full Description of event/sighting: On December 17, 2008 at 4:32 PM. I was looking out the window of my office building. I was on the second floor, and the front of the building is all glass. The view is amazing from my office as there are no buildings blocking the view of a large expanse of sky. I noticed a large fast moving glowing light moving across the sky and through the clouds. I ran down the stairs and out the front door stumbling to get my blackberry camera on and ready to take a picture. I ran into the parking lot and was able to get a decent image of what I saw. It moved horizontally to the ground and was very large. I took a picture but it moved so quickly out of sight. I have a color print from our copier at work and a jpg from my blackberry available.

Description: These objects I noticed at around 7pm and lasted about half an hour,they were coming from above the trees to the left of my house at the back from the Loughton/Abridge direction they were yellow/orange in colour a bit like a street light,they came in groups of 3 one top one middle and one bottom but not in line there was no noise at all it was a calm evening as thy got directly opposite my back bedroom window they disappeared all at the same place,I would say they were as high as the planes go with a large gap before the next group appeared the last group to come over was a group of 5 they disappeared at the same spot, I would be very interested to know what the objects were I have been onto the UFO balloon site but they finished producing balloons in 2007.
TV/Radio: I haven't myself but there is an article in the Loughton Gazette where a woman and her husband saw them from Chigwell Essex, she wrote a letter to the paper either last week or this week.

Bournville, Birmingham, West Midlands, England Two Orange Lights

Description: on the night of the sighting whilst smoking outside in the garden we spotted two circular, bright orange lights in the night sky from the East, the orange lights moved to the front of the house moving West, we ran to the front of the house and watched it change into two oblong flying objects, flying parallel with each other, no sound came from these flying objects and they were travelling very slowly across the sky, the lights had changed now to white lights, they disappeared into the night sky. Five adults witnessed this sighting who would not have believed in UFOs until this evening, we reported the sightings to the local police and to the local newspaper but there was no response, hope we were not the only ones who spotted these UFOs that night.

Near Washington, West Sussex, England Orange Ball Of Light

Description: We were driving along the A283 heading west towards Washington, my wife was sitting behind me in the rear of the car with my daughter when she became aware of an orange light flying in an easterly direction high in the sky. There were stars clearly visible as well as Venus in the sky so we discounted it being either a planet or a star and was not a plane, it was bright orange. It moved at a steady speed and was visible for at least five minutes as we were moving in the opposite direction.

Hi John, I looked at the film of the lanterns, but have to say that the wind speed was high that evening 20 Knots at least the object was flying at a steady controlled speed there was no flickering. I have spent many years watching aircraft and can honestly say that this orange ball was unlikely to be a lantern it was in a perfect level flight and seemed unaffected by the gusty conditions and visibility was perfect.

Description: Around 19.30 my dad called me to come and look outside. We could see approximately 6-10 objects in the sky coming towards our house. They were flying at a fair speed but there was no sound of any engines or motors. We thought they may have been balloons but they all seemed to follow the exact same pattern or course, where a balloon would move about in the breeze. They were emitting a light which looked like a flickering flame. It was difficult to give an exact altitude but I'd guess at few hundred feet up. My brother who lives approx 2 miles away saw them too and told me the next day. They were in the sky for around 5-10 minutes then they disappeared one after another all in about the same position in the sky. I captured the event on my mobile but when I went to view the video the file did not save.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving down the road when I noticed off to my left out my window looking west a green glow out of the corner of my eye. I took multiple glances and concluded that the object had a green tail that looked as if it were a mist of gas. At the front of the mist/gas was an oval shape that was the same green color however it was more dense than the tail. It was moving slowly from above the cloud bank heading northwest. Eventually it faded out of sight.

East Of Rustington, UK Five Orange Glowing Orbs

Full Description of event/sighting: Hello Canada. A New Years Eve party at Littlehampton, England with neighbours, fireworks were set off after midnight and twenty of us stood in the garden to enjoy them. After about ten minutes we saw five orange orbs in the sky east of Rustington, they were low in the sky and glowing. There was no noise coming from them. They were spaced out, three to the left and two to the right. The fireworks were still going off but they remained 'hanging' in the sky. I assumed they were sky lanterns as it was New Years Eve and thought no more of it. However I saw a small part of the far left one shoot off towards Worthing at a high speed.
I don't drink alcohol in case skeptics think it was a beer goggles moment! Later I returned home and turned on my radio when the station received a call from a man in Cambridge who had watched similar lights in the sky and rang in to report it. Further callers rang in from various parts of the UK to tell what they had seen. In fact quite a few from the south coast. Some had closer sightings, a gentleman living in a penthouse in Hove said they were above him, a night watchman at Shoreham airport saw them very close too. I then realized that it wasn't sky lanterns after all and that I had witnessed something very special indeed. I wanted to report it but didn't know where until I found this site on the internet. Description: Arrived home from a friends, and was called into the backyard by my husband. He pointed into the sky without comment, and we saw multiple points of light in the sky - all roughly equidistant and travelling in the same direction parallel to the horizon. All objects appeared to have the same speed. Once they got to a certain point, the light disappeared. Light points had some flicker as they moved across the night sky.

Full Description of event/sighting: This is following on from the report posted on your website from Worthing on the 01st January. I too witnessed exactly the same sighting as already reported but with a slight variation. When the fireworks started at mid-night, I looked out of the window and saw a bright red light travelling across the sky. I went outside (along with my partner) and watched it come to a halt and then fade out. My partner returned indoors and I looked across to my right and saw another red light in a completely different part of the sky. I called my partner to come out again, but by the time she had done this the light had disappeared. Then suddenly, right above our house flew five red orbs exactly as previously reported, (a very surreal moment indeed) - followed a few moments later by a sixth object, which again flew right above the house. Everyone has said 'Lanterns', but I am not totally convinced and am pleased to see that others have the same feeling. Thank you for making me feel 'sane again'! Hope this helps and regards to all.

Full Description of event/sighting: My fiancée and I were driving home from dinner when we were stopped at a light. She asked me what time it is and I noted that it was exactly 8:00pm. Then I looked up to the sky (as I do much of the time when I'm a passenger) and spotted it. We both saw what appeared to be a "shooting star" except that it was traveling much slower. It's speed still far exceeded that of any jet, airplane, or man made object, but was present for 4 - 5 seconds. The strange thing was that this star-like object had light being emitted from around it's sides and there was a darker shape in the center so it looked quite man-made. The object's path was parabolic heading downwards and towards the east. For a minute, I honestly thought it was a missile heading towards New York City, however, a missile does not fly in a parabolic manner. Judging by the other sightings I've read about, UFOs seem to travel in erratic straight lines that drastically change directions. This object did not travel in such a way. The object traveled in a single direction that seemed to head down and east simultaneously.

Full Description of event/sighting: Just gone into the garden with the dogs when I saw it coming towards the house. It was a round yellow/white light with what looked like red streamers on the top. (looked as if it was on fire, but only on the top.) It was very much larger than the main light on a nearby aircraft, which fly over here all the time. The light was very intense but was constant, not pulsating. I watched it come towards me for about 2 minutes at which point I was joined by my wife who saw it too. It changed direction at this point and headed over towards Newton-le Willows. As we watched, it got smaller and smaller (obviously) but disappeared before it would have done if it was travelling like any known craft. At all times it's speed remained constant and it maintained level flight for the duration of our sighting which lasted for about 4 minutes.

Full Description of event/sighting: I have to say firstly, I am so glad I found your site. I feel sane again! My husband and I popped out the back for a cig and while out there we were amazed at what we saw. Our garden is south facing and this orange glow came across the sky from west to east. My first reaction was of course - what is it and concern as I said to my husband, is that a plane on fire? To me the object came to a standstill only for approx: 10 secs and then appeared to decrease in size very quickly as it ascended, but the most bizarre thing was the boom noise when it disappeared. When I say boom, it was very, very faint and you could tell it was a long way off but we both heard it. I'm not a believer in UFO's but there was no doubting what we saw.

Shape of objects: Looked almost like a fireball (tail) but front part was some circular deff. Some sort of vehicle, round half moon shaped and about 10 times bigger than a plane.
Full Description of event/sighting: Sitting around in my living room, had my brother and two other friends over. We were drinking, just maybe had 2 beer so. There is no way in hell that I could have been seeing things or hallucinating. The way we were all faced, I was really the only one able to see the object through the window as I was sitting down and my head pointed. I mentioned it, the overall reaction by the way I described it was some sort of fireball or something. But I know what I saw was nothing of the sort, It was huge and I have never seen anything so fast ever in my life. I don't believe mankind has the technology to develop any kind of vehicle that large or fast, as fast as I seen it, it disappeared. Anyway, as I looked up to the direction of the object, it was so surreal, it looked like it gave the impression it was on fire because it did leave a tail of vapor, but I believe that just may have been the velocity of the speed of the object. Secondly the front part itself, was some kind of made, definitely a structure. Round in shape but maybe more like a moon shape, glowing and it looked like there were slats built into the round moon like shaped structure that were see through. I would guess it was about the size of 10 full sized airplanes it was that huge. Fast as I seen it, it was gone.

Balby, Doncaster UK Two Different Sighting Of Orange Colored Objects

I to have seen these orange balls. My first sighting was on the 31st of December 2008 at about 4:20pm. I looked up to see what initially looked like a plane on fire travelling towards me. As it got closer, it appeared to be more like a hot air balloon without the basket, however it was moving at a much faster more constant speed and seemed considerably smaller than a hot air balloon. It then went out of sight. I dismissed this sighting due to it being New Years Eve, thinking it could have been some kind of lantern or what ever, but then last night whilst out walking the dog, I saw the orange ball again. This time I had a witness and there was 2 balls.
The balls where the exact same size and color and where traveling in the same manner and speed as the one I'd seen previously. They where moving in a south to north direction they then disappeared. So we walked home and as we got back to the house, I turned to see another orange ball moving west to east and then another appeared behind it. The 1st then began to fade out as the 2nd approached the point where the 1st faded, the 2nd also faded. I will be out again to night armed with a camera!

The ball had a yellow centre and a red outline - like a ball of flame. The ball moved across the sky over our house very slowly and then disappeared. I looked back in the direction it came from and saw another appear, so I ran in and called my husband to look. My husband phoned his Dad and I phoned my Mum and they both saw the last one (they both live over a mile from us). Before the last one disappeared I saw it divide in two, my father-in-law saw the same, my Mum thought it divided into three. All 4 objects moved silently and very slowly.

Full Description of event/sighting: Observed an orange glowing object flying over West Kirby. The object was quite bright and had an orange haze around it. At first I thought it was a plane on fire. The object was completely silent and moving at about the same speed as an aircraft, but was not an aircraft. As we watched it stop and remain stationary for approximately two minutes. The orange glow of the object then began to dim until it disappeared completely. I believe it was traveling in an upward direction until it got so high that the light became to dim to see.
Interestingly this is the second time I have seen this object. The first time was a week previously over the same area, on this occasion it was seen by 2 people as well as myself. The object didn't, however stop so we assumed it may have been a balloon or a Chinese Lantern. However after seeing it a second time, I have pretty much ruled everything out mainly as it was completely silent and it stopped. The total duration of the sighting was approximately three minutes.

After a few hours it seemed to fade at first I thought that it had disappeared behind clouds, but it never appeared again. While watching the light I felt peaceful. I wonder if anyone could tell me what this was ? I have had other sightings for many years and would really like to know if others saw the same thing last night.

Full Description of event/sighting: I sat at home when my brother called me out the back garden too show me too glowing orange objects in the sky. They were too close to be stars and the way one of them moved was quite bizarre. I have never seen anything move like that before, but I have still not heard anything about it on are local news or anything. I Googled UFO over Dublin and on Yahoo answers a guy said how he had seen the same too objects and how he explained it was exactly how I had seen it and he posted it 3 days before I seen them and in the same direction looking to the south east. I'm still quite gobsmacked by what I saw to be honest because the second object vanished quite quickly but the other object seemed to get brighter. The people that live next door were out their back garden looking at this too and they, just like me can't explain what they saw. Maybe you could shed some light on this for me.

Evans, Colorado A Large Egg Shaped Gold Metallic UFO

Full Description of event/sighting: I was coming home from shopping in town when something made me look in my rear view mirror before I turned into my dirt driveway on a quiet road. I saw something peeking out of a cloud, so I backed up and drove up to it. I live off of a dirt road and it was just me and this object. I lived near a Air Force base growing up so it would take alot to get me amazed, which I was. It was a large egg shaped, gold metallic craft without any wings, but might have had black tails, and it was made out of a shimmering metal that would transform from gold to white and shimmer gold again.
It hovered over me silently. I felt that it knew I was there and we must have been watching each other. It then backed up into the cloud where I didn't see it emerge again. I surmised it was using clouds to hide in.

Kaufman, Texas Sphere Baby Blue In Color

Full Description of event/sighting: I made myself write this report because I think that this is important information. I too have always been fascinated by UFOs. I am the kind of person that will believe about 80% of what people say as long as they have something that I can examine and come to my own conclusion. I am 51 years old and I have worked as a Barber at the same shop for 31 years. I have a great mind for details. On the day I saw the sphere, I walked out of back door onto our left side of our patio. As I came out, something bright came into view about 15 feet from me moving left to right in my backyard. It was a sphere, bright in silver color with bluish streaks. It was moving about as fast as a young child would casually ride their bicycle. As it moved into view, it slowed down and became baby blue in color and then changed color again as it stopped.
It turned to the color of a natural gas blue flame. I was able to see the inside of this thing and I have read many UFO accounts looking for another description and have not found one. This is why I think this is important to us all to try to understand what these orbs are. I read one short account of a lady who saw a sphere with a square shadow. Let me tell you why. The outside is clear bubble with a black cube inside, each side of the cube has a cone shaped hole in the middle in which this blue light comes. The edges of the cube glowed violet. Looking up through it, I could see 2 big clouds that were high in the sky being projected through the top of the bubble in a smaller size that was in a concave shape like the bubble. Call for more.

Culpeper County Virginia - The Virginia Lights (UFOs)

Hello Sir, I am emailing you because I saw on your site a series of sightings that have been occurring since 2005 over Culpeper County Virginia. It seems that many people including myself are continuing to see the same thing. I wanted to send you my sighting report in hopes you can add it to your collection of the other Virginia sightings.
This sighting has been an ongoing event which started in November 2005. The area the sighting occurred is on my families farm in the rural county of Culpeper Virginia. It all started when we had a party in November of 2005. The lights were first noticed by a friend who said "what is that" I looked and saw what I can only describe as something that looked similar to the Phoenix lights. There were approximately 15 people at the party and we were all baffled. The lights were bright white in color and looked like a ORB/sphere in shape. After about 15 minutes of viewing, I asked my friends if what we are seeing were flares from the near by Quantico Military base.
Most agreed and than one said "Yep, I think your" but before he could finish his sentence someone else said "I have never seen flares move like that. Astonishingly the lights started to move in unison in a easterly direction. There were approximately 10 lights, all were lined up in a straight line, from west to east, and seemed to make a noticeable outline of something HUGE. Unbelievably this collection of lights started to move, from our vantage point it looked to be at least 200-500 feet long and flying at an estimated 300-500 feet over the tree line. The lights moved slowly, approximately 2.5 miles and than started to turn north. Because of this turn these lights made a dip up then gradually swept North. This is when we noticed there was another collection of lights on the bottom of this thing. I think this is when most of us realized this was something very special and quite extraordinary.
After the lights completed their turn we were able to see the back which was comprised of what looked like eight lights, four on top four on the bottom. There also was a strange haze between the top and bottom lights, I'm not sure how to describe it but it was a blurry bluish haze. It was shortly after this when the lights faded from view as it continued to head north in the direction of Washington DC.
About 6 months later I received a phone call from one of my friends, he was also at the November party and saw the "Virginia Lights". He explained that he had camped the night before at the property and had another sighting of the lights. This time he said it didn't turn North but stayed due east in the direction of the Fredericksburg area. The reason I am reporting this to you now is that I had another sighting of the "Virginia Lights" this past weekend. This time the lights were further off in the distance when first spotted and again headed North but in a more North Easterly direction, again toward Washington DC. Interestingly, the lights seem to be rising out of the tree line which is approximately 1-3 miles distance.
I have done some internet research on the lights and found there has been some very similar sightings occurring throughout the Northern Virginia area. In particular, there were many sightings in the vicinity of Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, Gainesville and the Dale City and Woodbridge Va areas. The description of these sightings were so eerily similar and since this was the direction we saw the lights heading makes me think we may have seen the same thing. That's all I have for now. Nipomo, California Two UFOs And Letter In The Local Newspaper On Them

Full Description of event/sighting: I don't need to describe it as I have 2 hours of video that will describe the two unidentified or lets just say yet to be identified objects. And from what I have found online this seems to be the longest recording of any sighting. Two objects that were just sitting very far away in the night sky looking like stars but I knew they weren't because of the time of night, right at dusk and because they appeared to be flashing.
I had been watching the moon and Jupiter and Venus conjunction show that was happening at that same time and that's what made me look in that direction. That planet show had been in our western sky very clear and bright. Right at dusk was the best time to view the planet's and it was getting close to the end of that as the planets by now were getting farther and farther apart as they would appear each night now.
I walk outside to go to my car and look upward to see where the planets were and I seen these two objects that look like stars. The first thing I said was " what's that," and just stood there and looked at them for a few minutes watching to see if they were planes. They just sat there not moving.
I then went into the house and asked my wife and roommate to come outside and take a look. They didn't have any idea either, even my 18 month old grandson walked out and noticed them. My stepson then arrived from work to pick up his son and walked up and asked what we were looking at. I said, "I don't know, you work at Vandenburg (Air Force Base) you tell me." He jokingly said," I could, but then I have to kill you." He stood there and watched them and then said he thought they were some sort of aircraft and I said, " Ok when you find out what type let me know." He never has and he still doesn't know what they are either. I then went into the house got my video camera and started recording.
I showed my stepson and his dad (who also works at the base, they both work for Boeing building rockets) the video at Xmas and his dad had no idea either. He thought possibly a helicopter.
But to make this long story short I have 2 hours of video of these two objects moving around. But the most interesting parts of this video is when I zoom in on them and you see lights that are flashing on and off, back and forth in a strobe pattern along what appears to be the rim of the objects. There is what I call the larger object and then the smaller one and both of the light patterns on each are different.
If they are aircraft then I would like to know what type. But remember these objects sat in the same area moving back and forth for almost 2 hours at a very high altitude before they started moving west and then finally went out of camera sight. I went on line a couple of nights later to see if there was any other sighting, but didn't find any.
So I just thought I would wait and see what happens next and see if anyone else reported anything and just a couple of days ago a lady here in Nipomo posted a letter to the editor in our local paper asking if anyone had seen the UFO's last week which was around the 28th or 29th of Dec. right around the same time of night and in about the same general area. But she said in her letter they were there for a short time and then were gone and disappeared from view. So if you would like to see the video let me know. Thanks.

Full Description of event/sighting: I don't need to describe it as I have 2 hours of video that will describe the two unidentified or lets just say yet to be identified objects. And from what I have found online this seems to be the longest recording of any sighting. Two objects that were just sitting very far away in the night sky looking like stars but I knew they weren't because of the time of night, right at dusk and because they appeared to be flashing.
I had been watching the moon and Jupiter and Venus conjunction show that was happening at that same time and that's what made me look in that direction. That planet show had been in our western sky very clear and bright. Right at dusk was the best time to view the planet's and it was getting close to the end of that as the planets by now were getting farther and farther apart as they would appear each night now.
I walk outside to go to my car and look upward to see where the planets were and I seen these two objects that look like stars. The first thing I said was " what's that," and just stood there and looked at them for a few minutes watching to see if they were planes. They just sat there not moving.
I then went into the house and asked my wife and roommate to come outside and take a look. They didn't have any idea either, even my 18 month old grandson walked out and noticed them. My stepson then arrived from work to pick up his son and walked up and asked what we were looking at. I said, "I don't know, you work at Vandenburg (Air Force Base) you tell me." He jokingly said," I could, but then I have to kill you." He stood there and watched them and then said he thought they were some sort of aircraft and I said, " Ok when you find out what type let me know." He never has and he still doesn't know what they are either. I then went into the house got my video camera and started recording.

Full Description of event/sighting: Driving home heading east on Griffin view drive I noticed an object also heading east. At first it appeared it wasn't moving, 3 round lights, one appeared to be on the tail, one appeared to be at the tip of each wing. As we drove through our neighborhood, we noticed it moving slowly, as if it was gliding. We happened to be at a position directly underneath it. It appeared stealth shaped. It also appeared that we were able to see through the underbelly through the cockpit. We also observed that there was no noise coming from it. It was very low flying. We are curious as to know if anyone else observed this object in the night sky. We would like to know if this was a military aircraft of some sort.

Loiusville, Illinois Lights Appearing And Disappearing - Strange Event

Time: Approx: 8:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Above a field by the road on Starling Dr. Clay Co. Louisville, Ill.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1 set of 3 lights.
Shape of objects: Kind of like in the shape of a triangle.
Full Description of event/sighting: Just before I got home my daughter and I saw these 3 lights in the sky, she saw 4, but a mainly saw 3 not high like stars and they was a lot bigger like street lights. I stopped the car and the lights then went out, but came back on in seconds, then I got out of the car. To maybe get a better look and they went out again. This time they came back on then disappeared for good. Later I told a police officer in Flora Il. about it to see if anyone else might have reported anything that night, but he said no. Then he said he had seen something like that not far from there one time while he was fishing. But thought it was something to do with the airforce or government. It was very different, but the lights didn't look over a100 feet in the sky above the ground.

Nampa, Idaho Oval Shaped Object With Green Tail

Shape of objects: Oval w/green trail.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving down the road when I noticed off to my left out my window looking west a green glow out of the corner of my eye. I took multiple glances and concluded that the object had a green tail that looked as if it were a mist of gas. At the front of the mist/gas was an oval shape that was the same green color however it was more dense than the tail. It was moving slowly from above the cloud bank heading northwest. Eventually it faded out of sight.

Full Description of event/sighting: On December 17, 2008 at 4:32 PM. I was looking out the window of my office building. I was on the second floor, and the front of the building is all glass. The view is amazing from my office as there are no buildings blocking the view of a large expanse of sky. I noticed a large fast moving glowing light moving across the sky and through the clouds. I ran down the stairs and out the front door stumbling to get my blackberry camera on and ready to take a picture. I ran into the parking lot and was able to get a decent image of what I saw. It moved horizontally to the ground and was very large. I took a picture but it moved so quickly out of sight. I have a color print from our copier at work and a jpg from my blackberry available.

Hackensack, New Jersey Fast Traveling Red Colored UFO

Full Description of event/sighting: My fiancée and I were driving home from dinner when we were stopped at a light. She asked me what time it is and I noted that it was exactly 8:00pm. Then I looked up to the sky (as I do much of the time when I'm a passenger) and spotted it. We both saw what appeared to be a "shooting star" except that it was traveling much slower. It's speed still far exceeded that of any jet, airplane, or man made object, but was present for 4 - 5 seconds. The strange thing was that this star-like object had light being emitted from around it's sides and there was a darker shape in the center so it looked quite man-made. The object's path was parabolic heading downwards and towards the east. For a minute, I honestly thought it was a missile heading towards New York City, however, a missile does not fly in a parabolic manner. Judging by the other sightings I've read about, UFOs seem to travel in erratic straight lines that drastically change directions. This object did not travel in such a way. The object traveled in a single direction that seemed to head down and east simultaneously.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving slowly on a back road heading westerly and looking at the trails left by aircraft. While looking to the southwest I sighted an orb-like object next to one of the trails. It appeared stationary during the 10-15 seconds I saw it. Lost sight when a tree obscured line of sight. Was able to stop and back up but it was gone. There was no change in sun being cloud covered and I looked through windshield and open window during and after sighting. Spring Hill, Florida Orange Object (Pictures)

I was in Key West Florida with family and witnessed the same thing at the same time. We took two pictures, it looked like a rocket or a craft with orange flame, very bright. It moved from one side of the sky to the other, very high, about the speed of a satellite. Please do not publish my name, I thought that the pictures might be of interest. I have seen shuttle launches and rockets, this looked like a rocket but no sound. It moved at the speed of a rocket but disappeared after crossing the skyline. Kind Regards.

Bertie County, North Carolina Object Moves At Incredible Speed

Description: My husband and I were at the barn last night when he spotted a strange "star" in the eastern-southeastern sky. It looked like a bright star but it moved left and right, up and down, at an amazing speed. It even moved at times in a circle. It was quite a distance away and was unlike anything we've ever seen. Neither of us knows anything that can move in those patterns, especially at that speed. Did anyone else see this?
TV/Radio: Not reported, in this rural area of northeastern North Carolina, they would probably think we'd been celebrating too much, but neither of us drinks.

Charlotte, North Carolina A Rectangular Shaped UFO

Shape of objects: Rectangle UFO approximately size of tennis court.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving in 5 o'clock traffic on I-85 in north Charlotte, NC towards UNC-Charlotte campus. I was taking an exit ramp towards the university when I looked up in front of me about 150 yards away a rectangular shaped object was floating silently above the tree line. At first I thought it must be a banner being pulled by a plane but I quickly realized that wasn't the case. It was as large as a tennis court. The object was covered with encased reflective panels that were dark army green and may have been reflecting the trees below.
I drove slowly and watched it in utter amazement for about 15 seconds. I had time to take off my sunglasses to make sure of what I was seeing. As the traffic crept down the road the UFO floated behind a tree line and I couldn't see it anymore. I didn't even think to look at other drivers to see if they reacted to it.
As I got closer to the campus, I noticed two cars that were pulled off the road. I was kind of in a daze and was locked in with the rest of traffic so had to keep going.
I've researched rectangle shaped UFO reports and find many similarities such as most witnesses having the initial reaction that it must be a banner being pulled by an airplane. In fact, another rectangle UFO was reported in Charlotte, NC in September 2008, in the same area of town. Seeing this object did change my life in that I know for certain now that UFO's are real and they can do anything.

Full Description of event/sighting: A few of us met at a friends house in east Orlando to follow each other to a New Years Eve party. When we walked out of the house to get in our cars, I noticed a square shaped object with what looked like a fire ball inside or to the back of it. It was traveling southeast in a straight line and it had no sound to it at all. I said to my girlfriend and 5 friends, "look at that, what is it" We all then watched it glide across the dark sky and disappear. We all watched in amazement so it wasn't until it was far away that I tried to record it with my cell phone. My friend lives in a neighborhood with not many street lights so it was easy to see and no one was putting off any fireworks at the time. It was the strangest thing any of us as ever seen in the sky.

Bowerman Basin Aberdeen, Washington A Large Round Red Glowing Object

Full Description of event/sighting: Three friends and I were driving around the city with a video camera looking for entertainment and we decided to go to Bowerman Basin to film what we thought was the moon. A large round, red glowing object hung in the sky above the airport and i wanted to film it. I went to turn my camera on and the object appeared to sink into the water below. There was no sound emitted by the moon-like object and no splash in the water and the glowing disappeared and we were all standing stunned.

Kitimat British Columbia A Huge Oval Shaped Object Traveling Quickly

Full Description of event/sighting: This event happened quite a long time ago now, but I have thought about it often and still wonder what we saw. I wanted to share it with you so that it was recorded somewhere that it happened, because it is something that my friend and I have never forgotten. I grew up in Kitimat B.C. and my close friend and I used to have sleepovers at each others houses quite often. We would sleep out in the camper at her house and often would sneak out in the middle of the night and wander around. She was a year older than me, so we would have been about 11 and 12 years old at the time. We were walking along a sidewalk on a very clear summer night when we both saw a huge light come out of no where and go behind the mountain. It was a bluish green light, and looked oval, maybe it would have been round, but the speed it was moving made it look more oval?
It was coming in at an angle. It appeared travelling very fast and disappeared behind the mountain within about seconds. I can describe the size only because the mountain it went behind has almost like a big chunk missing from it and the light filled that missing chunk. I found a picture online of the mountain showing the missing chunk so you can see the size of it. This picture is much closer than where we were standing. We were across town from the actual mountain but it is clearly visible from anywhere in town.
We speculated that maybe it was a meteor and when we told her mom the next morning, she said it's probably some kind of satellite. We just couldn't imagine why anything would be done with satellites in an out of the way town like Kitimat. It was the amazing size of the light that was so mind-blowing. The image I have attached shows the mountain in behind the local hotel. The chunk I am referring to is the big U shape right above the building, to the left side. The light was as wide as that gap and about twice as long. It disappeared in behind it but no signs or sounds of any impact.
I hope this description gives you an idea of what we saw. I will always wonder what exactly that was.

Madison, Wisconsin UFO Hovers Ten Feet Off Of The Ground

Full Description of event/sighting: We were driving home around 11:00 pm on a cold November night. We were about 4 blocks from home when we encountered it. It was hovering next to some trees on school property, probably about ten feet off the ground. It was round, very bright white, no noise, probably about the size or a little bigger than a Volkswagen bug. As soon as we saw it, it came right up to my full size van. As if it was looking at us, it hovered right in front of my windshield. Then it went to the middle of the street and zoomed off till it vanished. It was so fast that all this took about 3 seconds. I really thought that there would be UFO reports the next day in the paper. But there was nothing. We didn't report it because my daughter said nobody would believe us. We both were a little scared. She doesn't like talking about it, but I think about it alot. The fact that it was so low and right in a residential neighborhood. It was so fast and quiet, there is no way it's from earth. We don't have the technology to build what we saw.

Pitshanger, Ealing, London, England A Shiny Grey/Silver UFO

In the summer of 2006, I believe it was, I spotted what appeared to be a solid shiny grey/silver/black cuboid shape slowly turning through the late-morning sky from the garden of a house in Pitshanger village on the edge of Ealing, West London. There were two of us that followed the progress of the shape with our eyes and binoculars. I would estimate the height to be around two thousand feet and on a south-west to north-east path passing directly over Ealing towards Wembley. Now, I know that it was coming from roughly the area where Heathrow Airport was located so I assumed they were tracking it and I reported it but heard nothing further. The shape was reminiscent of those metal luggage containers that fit into aircraft holds. Initially assuming it was a balloon of some description, I quickly discounted that theory as the cuboid was definitely on a controlled slow turn, did not undulate in either height or direction and did not appear to be buffeted by winds or the like. As it turned, the sun would reflect off it's metallic sides. Through the binoculars, I observed no markings and no antennae etc, just the cuboid.
I just wondered if anything similar had been reported.

Lethbridge, Alberta Sky Opens Up And Large UFO Travels Over The Trees

Full Description of event/sighting: I was told to watch the remnants of a meteorite storm that had taken place the night before. My wife and I where sitting and standing in our back yard, as it was just starting to get dark out side so we could see the stars. It was a clear, calm night. When I was looking up to the shooting stars, I was staring Northwest in the sky and I noticed a red star. Then the red star started to move around in the sky, blending in with the night sky. Then I turned to look at the Northeast side of the sky and I said to my wife here comes something. And the strangest thing was the opening of the sky, it looked like a cartoon how the sky just opened up, it was just bizarre. This large object came through the hole in the sky really fast and silent. I turned and said to my wife, " this is not a shooting star" and as it came closer, I said, "this is a ship of some kind" and then it came right towards me and all of a sudden it was right above my house, huge and silent. The material that it was made of was clear as the day sky. The ship had no lights on, it flew slow and silent once it was over my home.
I was telling my wife to look up at this incredible ship. It was tree level, you could throw a rock at it, being so close. I had never seen this kind of construction before. The material was dark grey or brown, it was really weird. The ship did not have any windows or anything that one could see. I ran out into the street to watch it, the strangest thing was when I tried to get people to look up at it, nobody would respond. One of my employees saw it fly over his house at around the same time I saw it. He said he followed it for about 5 minutes until it vanished back into the sky. He said the same thing, there were people outside as he followed it and nobody would look up. I was startled for a few days thinking about this. I have seen several UFOs over the years living up Northern Alberta, but nothing like this, almost touching the tree tops.

West Lethbridge, Alberta Three Unusual Lights Filmed (Photo)

Hi Brian, This was taken over Lakie school on the west side of Lethbridge. My name is (name removed). I also saw a large ship fly over my house, it came out of the sky like a cartoon, the sky opened up, and it came right towards me, it was tree level. The ship was shaped like a cigar. I could see the material it was made of.

Hi Brian, The photo was taken with a cell phone camera, it might be difficult to send a larger version. And yes the strange lights appeared out of nowhere, and were only there for about a minute or two, they all shot off extremely fast in the same direction. St. John's, Newfoundland A Capsule Shaped UFO

Weather Conditions: Fair night, light wind, mild temp, visibility was good through light cloud.
Description: While out for a smoke, directly in my line of vision, looking west, a gold coloured capsule that seemed to be illuminated from outside, appeared moving north to south for about 15-20 degrees of arc. It was silent, light intensity went up then slowly faded and went out but the object remained visible as a dark silhouette, briefly. Climbing slightly 1.1 KM due south of runway 34 at YYT. Total time was 8-10 seconds. Left me speechless...

It is a genuine report. I know aircraft, this silent craft was without wings and rotors and appeared to be illuminated from outside. Painted in light, it was like a gold metallic capsule with apparent texture and with Halo-like lighting and when it dimmed down it glowed dimly then appeared as a silhouette. It was as big as a large commercial aircraft. I felt apprehensive for weeks. If I was looking 10 degrees either way, I would have missed it entirely which leaves me to think it was intended for me to be aware of it.

Description: Me and my friend were sitting in one of our friends house. I was waiting for my boyfriend to finish work. My friend was sitting opposite me and we were both smoking and gossiping. I glimpsed out of the window opposite me and I saw a really bright light in the sky. It appeared to be hovering, I mentioned it to my friend she turned around, at first she couldn't see it but then she saw it too. We watched it for a while and both decided it was the lights we had both seen together a few months back in her garden when I slept round. They first appeared lit really bright then they would dim and start flashing, they were moving extremely slow. Then they appeared to just fade out and disappear. we carried on watching and then decided they had gone. half an hour later they were back this time instead of 3 there were 5 we called our friend luke to come and see. At first he just called us weird but then we all saw it 2 disappeared and the three that were left lit up one after another as if they were communicating with each other.

East Of Kingman Arizona A Enormous UFO

Full Description of event/sighting: While moving to CA for a new job from AZ I saw a UFO on 11/22/08 driving west on the I40 near Kingman around 1:00 a.m. The back end looked like the battle cruiser in star wars, well at least the Plasma Drive. You know how it glowed with no flames? Well this thing flew over my car with weird lights with glowing wires or something, couldn't see a shape, but the back end of the craft was giant, it looked like 6 sliding glass patio doors 3 across and 2 down and they were glowing blue white. They were vertical to the ground. Like some kind of plasma drive. Understand a big rectangle made of 6 to 8 panels perpendicular to the road moving twice as fast as I was.
This thing was very big, maybe 3 stories tall and 6 wide. it was moving in the same direction as me, west on 40 toward Kingman AZ. I pulled out my video camera and tried to tape it while I was driving. After looking at the tape, I saw a light near the ground moving at the same speed as the craft, weird, it was either that thick or had a probe moving along with it.
Oh and here is a more interesting thing. the start of the tape shows a exit sign 1 mile, the end of the tape shows the signs at the exit a mile later. I recorded the video the whole time. I was driving about 70 to 75 mph if that much while holding the camera in my right hand. I only recorded 35 sec of tape in that 1 mile. that would put me at over 100 mph. That's freaking impossible for my old car. I'm driving a 1989 Pathfinder full of stuff moving to CA from AZ. No way could I have gone over 80 or 85 empty. So I traveled 1 mile in 35 sec. in an old car so full that my front end was pointing up and blinding oncoming cars.
I think I was in a time warp where the tape drive ran faster or slower than normal. Or that my car moved faster than normal. Or the distance got shorter.
Or time slowed down and the distance stayed the same. I don't know. But I recorded the exit sign at the beginning and the exit a mile later and the tape only shows 35 seconds of time. Explain that on to me! By the time I got the camera out of the bag it was way out in front of me keeping a steady course. There were no cars within 2 or 3 mile behind me. None in front, don't know about oncoming at that time.

McMinnville, Oregon UFO Comes To A Stop And Moves Off

Before this afternoon I can honestly say I thought UFO stuff was just something people made up. Now I am positive they are for real.

I thought there was probably some kind of gas explosion and waited until after I put the kid to sleep to watch the news and search the internet. I was surprised how loud it was since I was in an interior room with no windows and it is very insulated from sound. I found nothing on the news/web and figured that it was too soon for someone to make a report. Meanwhile, my wife was at my sister-in-laws on the other side of Indianapolis at a Christmas party and heard the same thing, except she said they were outside and saw blue lights to the south. I was surprised they heard the boom, because their house is a good 35 minute drive from ours due southeast. Today I searched and saw a similar story in that happened in Kokomo in April of this year. Just thought I would send the info since there is no mention of anything around here. Let me know if you know anything about this, it is going to drive me crazy. I can be reached via this e-mail. Long Beach, California Numerous Sightings Of Lights

Full Description of event/sighting: It started on the evening of 12/13/08 around 7pm. 3 of us walked out of house to go to a Christmas party and noticed a rotating light about 1500 feet up in the air. Could not see shape or noise or anything due to the stormy weather. Next sighting as I was standing out smoking a cig. around 11pm on 22nd a dark object that blocked out the stars that zoomed pass an airplane. Very fast, very large. Next time smoking outside around 12-1am on the 24th saw 3 glowing dots in the sky in formation. It looked as high as the stars but they moved very rapidly from one horizon to the other side very quick, but from view it took roughly 10 or 15 seconds for them to move that far. next time around 11pm on the 26th both me and another person saw at the Wells Fargo building where they have spot lights shooting up in the sky.
I first noticed it as they hit the lights. I thought it was a flock of birds that were moving through the lights at about 250 feet above the building, but as the left the lighted area they were still glowing white. There were about 25-30 individual lights. I then with all the sighting that I and roommates saw I knew this was something else and that we have witness something amazing. I am former military (SF) and I know what I saw and I know birds don't glow and our planes don't fly that quick. Maybe it is us, but if it is we've have jumped a 1000 years in technology. I would like to see someone come out to this area to investigate Magnolia and 3rd street. This seems to be a hot spot. I don't know why, maybe the light from Wells Fargo building or Catalina.

Full Description of event/sighting: I walked outside to let out my dog and have a smoke. It was supposed to rain this night so I went into my yard from under the awning to observe the clouds. I noticed 3 bright lights at an extremely high altitude flying parallel to each other. What was interesting is that they all turned slightly to the SW at the same time however one of the lights lagged just a little and fell back into this formation. I then noticed at least 3 additional lights of the same type flying at the same altitude as if they were trying to catch up to the original 3 I saw. I ran into the house after observing the first 3 and grabbed my video camera. It is a HHD camera so I did not have to load tape or disk.
By the time I came back outside the original 3 lights had disappeared into the clouds however the other 3, one coming from the NE, the other from the East and the third from the SE were still visible. I am still reviewing the digital images and will load this piece of video onto my PC. This way I will be able to slow the images so I can see if I captured anything. This camcorder has a 1000X zoom, unfortunately if I zoom too fast, the picture is distorted. I did zoom out at one point and this is where I may have captured one light. I will post another note on this site after reviewing the image. Thank you for listening/reading, I did see something. We see alot of activity here in the Phoenix area because the Air Force fly's all kinds of test craft over the deserts. I also was a witness to the Phoenix Lights a few years back and do not believe it was anything out of the ordinary. They were most likely flares as I have seen this same activity over in Germany while living there. Again, thank you for allowing me to post my sighting.

San Rafael, California A Red Object Outside Witnesses Home (Graphic)

Last night (Dec. 20, 2008 about 8pm) as I was watching a video in the living room, I saw a weird red orb resting "motionless", about 1000' in the sky outside my rear deck that overlooks a creek, looking westward. It was bright and bright red in color. I thought it might be a helicopter at first, but the cloud ceiling was low and a light rain was falling. There were no other aircraft at the time, though I did see what looked like an aircraft flying over the same area about
an hour later. That plane had a white navigation headlight, like other aircraft flying at night, and it was headed in a linear north to south direction. It was moving steadily.
The red orb did not move for about 5 minutes after I spotted it then it began to move westward at a very slow rate of speed. No sound could be heard coming from it, as a helicopter most certainly would have made. I tried to videotape it but couldn't get a good shot as the sighting was through the branches of a large tree.
I rendered an artists impression of what I saw here. It's pretty close to the real thing. I'm not sure what.

Description: Mexico City. December 21th 2008. 11:30 am Local time. My mother and I went up to the roof to take some warm from the sun. The sky is cloudless and very bright. Looking up to the west we both saw a very brilliant sphere surrounded by a clear halo. It was moving west to south with uniform speed. While travelling, it seemed to be spinning on its own axis, because we could see it shinning for a moment, and then the shine went very opaque,
almost invisible against the sky, then again, this shine came back. Seemed like it was partially reflective and partially opaque.
At some point, it crossed just below of the morning moon and aircraft passed at the same time. It continued moving towards the sun and it became very difficult to see because we had the sun in front of our face. I guess the clear halo was 2 or 3 times the size of the sphere.

Description: I walked out the front of my house and my daughter 19 months old said plane daddy. I looked in the sky and saw a round blue and silver object. I noticed that it had no sound, it seemed to me that the blue colour was the same shade as the sky and hard to make out, I assumed that the silver shine was possibly a combined reflection of the sun and it body. It flew at a consistent speed rather slow. It also seemed to pulsate, not colour - but matter-hard to explain.
It flew directly overhead of myself and daughter slowing down as it passed us. I would say that it was at roughly cloud level although there were no clouds. As it passed us it seemed to slow, then it turned a red colour, the red was emitted from the object as the colour was not solid. As soon as it emitted red it disappeared. I knew what I had seen was not of this world.
I kept walking as I was going to the shop, as I got 50 meters down the road my daughter again said daddy a plane, as I looked into the sky I saw what I thought to be a star although I quickly realized that it was no star as it was moving quite fast north. I also noticed that three silver-not shining-silver objects were flying around this star looking object. I was confused because the star object looked out of proportion to the objects flying around it-I wasn't sure
exactly whether all 4 objects were at the same height.
As the silver objects were flying they were pulling off incredible maneuvers and it seemed to me and strange to say that the silver objects had a innocent or child like nature in the way that they were flying around, like they were playing a game of chasy-sounds weird. The silver objects seemed to go back to the star and then reemerged again three more times. All this time my 20 month old daughter is still saying plane daddy which is still blowing me away because they were so high in the sky it was hard for me to see. The other thing that seemed odd to me is that this star like object seemed to be encased in a blue ball of something, the first thing that came to mind was water as the bubble of water? Was a slightly darker shade of blue than the sky at the time. I continued to watch these object continuing north until they were out of sight.
I rang meteorology and they knew nothing and I rang the police to see if anyone else had reported a sighting although they said that they hadn't, 2 days later I was in my back yard and was playing with my daughter and I saw a object that at distance looked like a plane although it wasn't on a flight path used by other planes as I have observed since living here. As I looked closer I realized that this object was grey, had no wings, made no noise and was massive at a distance.
It was around 2.45 pm, north east flying east, the weather was clear as day not a cloud in the sky. This grey object had no markings and seemed to fly at irregular speeds, nothing excessive although it seemed to stall now and again. The distance had to be at least ten to twenty kilometers away.
I bought myself a video camera after my last sighting two days prior and ran inside to get it, as I came out side and tried to focus in on it, it disappeared. My daughter saw it too although it seemed strange to me that something that large was not caught on camera or seen by someone else here, although I have been told that not everyone can see them..thank you for your interest, I'm not wasting your time as these things actually happened. I hope that I have more sightings and can send you some footage next time.

Full Description of event/sighting: Driving from my mum's house to my brother's on Xmas Day I saw a bright Orangey-Red light. Too big to be a light from a helicopter or a plane, also too bright. It seemed to be hovering at first but was moving east towards the sea. My first thought was some kind of object entering the earth's atmosphere, but I wouldn't know what this actually looked like. As we turned a corner the light came into the view of my parents and my auntie. They started to discuss what it could be, my mum said it looked like a flare but there wasn't a smoke trail and it was moving. We turned another corner and the thing was lost from sight by houses, by the time we stopped 10 minutes later the sky was completely clear of objects.

Full Description of event/sighting: On Christmas night a friend and I decided to have a drink and go out walking. We ended up on the Elderslie golf course. At one point I looked up in the sky in the distance and observed 2 lights moving quite fast, tailing each other. I thought they looked odd and pointed them out to my friend. He looked also and we got into a slightly drink induced hysteria about it. Suddenly a third light appeared from behind trees (this was well in the distance but the trees were obscuring our view) also moving quite fast. At this point I decided I should record this on my mobile phone camera and took it out, however before I started recording two of the lights disappeared and I was left only recording one, it is quite small and my hands aren't very steady, but the movement of this light can be observed, my only problem with showing the video is the audio, we're both quite drunk and sound like complete idiots. To be honest, whilst at the time we were excited and although in the video we convince ourselves this is not simply our drunken minds playing tricks on us, I had put it out of my mind until I stumbled upon an article in the local newspaper "The Paisley Daily Express" about a man seeing two strange glowing lights the night before. As no reasonable explanation was given for these and the HBCC was referenced I decided to pass the story on to you.

Description: When I was leaving my local sports club at approx 22.45 I noticed and orange object in the sky which was about the size of two match heads not intensely bright and not flashing. It was traveling in a east to west direction at first assumed it was a satellite but then it slowly turned in north westerly direction and the orange glow got dimmer and disappeared. I thought it may have been a military plane on afterburn but there was no noise or pulsed emission of light. I have never seen anything like this in my life it was quite unusual.

Description: While driving my grandson to his mother I seen an orange light moving towards me from the side, I pulled over amazed at what I was seeing, as I stopped the light turned 90 degrees and disappeared. When reaching my daughter I told her not to think I was mad and told her what I had seen. She then told me her partner had just texted her that he had seen the same. As I was telling her we seen another go across the sky and as that disappeared another one appeared following the previous. Both followed an arc pattern and disappeared. The speed was steady but still faster than any aeroplane. To say I'm freaked out is an underestimate.

Hi, I have viewed the video as you requested and to be honest they were not like these. They were much brighter and the original one I seen was coming from north to south towards me, it then turned 90 degrees going west. It had to have moved from Chatham about one hundred kilometers in just seconds. Out of know where it picked up so much more speed and just vanished into thin air. I called a buddy who without question thought I was crazy. We got off the phone and he called right back to tell me he was watching the same thing move at incredible speeds,
glowing bright red now and flashing orange lights and moving away from the city. He said that it picked up speed and disappeared all of a sudden. This whole thing was mind blowing. I can't believe that I got to witness this.

Los Angeles, California A Bright Fast Moving Object

Full Description of event/sighting: The skies were a bit hazy and you could only see very bright stars and planets. I had just finished parking my car in my garage and was walking around the corner to my apartment building when I looked up and saw a very bright object emerge from behind a tree. It was too low to be a satellite (about 249 miles too low!) and had no strobe or wing lights. It made no sound as it passed overhead. About 10 seconds after I sighted the object it got a bit dimmer. I figured that it had passed behind some of the haze. This meant the object was probably around 5,000 to 10,000 feet. I continued to watch the object until it was out of sight. The whole sighting took about 8 to 10 minutes.

The object was not flashing but remained very bright, while hovering the object briefly moved from right to left and then back again to the spot I first seen it at.I immediately informed my colleague who was in our office at the time, we both then went outside to have a look, my colleague confirms that he seen a bright orange light which appeared to be surrounded by a triangular shaped orange light, this remained for approximately 1 minute, the object then disappeared heading towards the Elderslie area of Renfrewshire.

As soon as these 3 objects disappeared another 2 appeared from the same direction and another 2 further across the sky from what would be in the direction of the racecourse north easterly direction. I have know logical explanation to what these objects might be and would be interested if you could shed any light on what they might be from other reports you might have received.

I turned right to Bramhope and stopped in the middle of road, as at first thought it almost looked like a big firework before it explodes, but it didn't then. I thought it must be planes coming in, but they were too close and then realized what I was witnessing. The four object were stepped in order, with one very low, then the next two bit higher, but on same level than another at the very top. It was almost like a set of steps and all were same size. The two in the middle were closest to each other and then these two began to circle each other 3 1/2 times. They were stopped dead in the sky, all four before all four began to move sideways and apart from the highest which then began to move went upwards.

Full Description of event/sighting: Bright flying orange square with fireball inside the square about 1/3 in back of square. After the New Year's Eve celebration. Sky was dark, easy to observe. Was not fireworks. Was too high up to be fireworks and it lasted a while. Was observed for over 60 seconds moving in the sky, at the speed of a distant airplay, moving steading in 1 direction until it moved really far and went out of sight. It caught my attention after hearing some teens yelling, UFO, UFO, and hearing another teen say that it was not a UFO but a terror attack going to hit a target. Obviously, there were no attacks, so it was a UFO. I never saw anything like that before. Could not be fireworks unless there is something new invented out there that can make that happen.

Kitimat British Columbia A Huge Oval Shaped Object Traveling Quickly

Full Description of event/sighting: This event happened quite a long time ago now, but I have thought about it often and still wonder what we saw. I wanted to share it with you so that it was recorded somewhere that it happened, because it is something that my friend and I have never forgotten. I grew up in Kitimat B.C. and my close friend and I used to have sleepovers at each others houses quite often. We would sleep out in the camper at her house and often would sneak out in the middle of the night and wander around. She was a year older than me, so we would have been about 11 and 12 years old at the time. We were walking along a sidewalk on a very clear summer night when we both saw a huge light come out of no where and go behind the mountain. It was a bluish green light, and looked oval, maybe it would have been round, but the speed it was moving made it look more oval?
It was coming in at an angle. It appeared travelling very fast and disappeared behind the mountain within about seconds. I can describe the size only because the mountain it went behind has almost like a big chunk missing from it and the light filled that missing chunk. I found a picture online of the mountain showing the missing chunk so you can see the size of it. This picture is much closer than where we were standing. We were across town from the actual mountain but it is clearly visible from anywhere in town.
We speculated that maybe it was a meteor and when we told her mom the next morning, she said it's probably some kind of satellite. We just couldn't imagine why anything would be done with satellites in an out of the way town like Kitimat. It was the amazing size of the light that was so mind-blowing. The image I have attached shows the mountain in behind the local hotel. The chunk I am referring to is the big U shape right above the building, to the left side. The light was as wide as that gap and about twice as long. It disappeared in behind it but no signs or sounds of any impact.
I hope this description gives you an idea of what we saw. I will always wonder what exactly that was.

Madison, Wisconsin UFO Hovers Ten Feet Off Of The Ground

Full Description of event/sighting: We were driving home around 11:00 pm on a cold November night. We were about 4 blocks from home when we encountered it. It was hovering next to some trees on school property, probably about ten feet off the ground. It was round, very bright white, no noise, probably about the size or a little bigger than a Volkswagen bug. As soon as we saw it, it came right up to my full size van. As if it was looking at us, it hovered right in front of my windshield. Then it went to the middle of the street and zoomed off till it vanished. It was so fast that all this took about 3 seconds. I really thought that there would be UFO reports the next day in the paper. But there was nothing. We didn't report it because my daughter said nobody would believe us. We both were a little scared. She doesn't like talking about it, but I think about it alot. The fact that it was so low and right in a residential neighborhood. It was so fast and quiet, there is no way it's from earth. We don't have the technology to build what we saw.

Pitshanger, Ealing, London, England A Shiny Grey/Silver UFO

In the summer of 2006, I believe it was, I spotted what appeared to be a solid shiny grey/silver/black cuboid shape slowly turning through the late-morning sky from the garden of a house in Pitshanger village on the edge of Ealing, West London. There were two of us that followed the progress of the shape with our eyes and binoculars. I would estimate the height to be around two thousand feet and on a south-west to north-east path passing directly over Ealing towards Wembley. Now, I know that it was coming from roughly the area where Heathrow Airport was located so I assumed they were tracking it and I reported it but heard nothing further. The shape was reminiscent of those metal luggage containers that fit into aircraft holds. Initially assuming it was a balloon of some description, I quickly discounted that theory as the cuboid was definitely on a controlled slow turn, did not undulate in either height or direction and did not appear to be buffeted by winds or the like. As it turned, the sun would reflect off it's metallic sides. Through the binoculars, I observed no markings and no antennae etc, just the cuboid.
I just wondered if anything similar had been reported.

Lethbridge, Alberta Sky Opens Up And Large UFO Travels Over The Trees

Full Description of event/sighting: I was told to watch the remnants of a meteorite storm that had taken place the night before. My wife and I where sitting and standing in our back yard, as it was just starting to get dark out side so we could see the stars. It was a clear, calm night. When I was looking up to the shooting stars, I was staring Northwest in the sky and I noticed a red star. Then the red star started to move around in the sky, blending in with the night sky. Then I turned to look at the Northeast side of the sky and I said to my wife here comes something. And the strangest thing was the opening of the sky, it looked like a cartoon how the sky just opened up, it was just bizarre. This large object came through the hole in the sky really fast and silent. I turned and said to my wife, " this is not a shooting star" and as it came closer, I said, "this is a ship of some kind" and then it came right towards me and all of a sudden it was right above my house, huge and silent. The material that it was made of was clear as the day sky. The ship had no lights on, it flew slow and silent once it was over my home.
I was telling my wife to look up at this incredible ship. It was tree level, you could throw a rock at it, being so close. I had never seen this kind of construction before. The material was dark grey or brown, it was really weird. The ship did not have any windows or anything that one could see. I ran out into the street to watch it, the strangest thing was when I tried to get people to look up at it, nobody would respond. One of my employees saw it fly over his house at around the same time I saw it. He said he followed it for about 5 minutes until it vanished back into the sky. He said the same thing, there were people outside as he followed it and nobody would look up. I was startled for a few days thinking about this. I have seen several UFOs over the years living up Northern Alberta, but nothing like this, almost touching the tree tops.

West Lethbridge, Alberta Three Unusual Lights Filmed (Photo)

Hi Brian, This was taken over Lakie school on the west side of Lethbridge. My name is (name removed). I also saw a large ship fly over my house, it came out of the sky like a cartoon, the sky opened up, and it came right towards me, it was tree level. The ship was shaped like a cigar. I could see the material it was made of.

And yes the strange lights appeared out of nowhere, and were only there for about a minute or two, they all shot off extremely fast in the same direction. St. John's, Newfoundland A Capsule Shaped UFO

Description: While out for a smoke, directly in my line of vision, looking west, a gold coloured capsule that seemed to be illuminated from outside, appeared moving north to south for about 15-20 degrees of arc. It was silent, light intensity went up then slowly faded and went out but the object remained visible as a dark silhouette, briefly. Climbing slightly 1.1 KM due south of runway 34 at YYT. Total time was 8-10 seconds. Left me speechless...

It is a genuine report. I know aircraft, this silent craft was without wings and rotors and appeared to be illuminated from outside. Painted in light, it was like a gold metallic capsule with apparent texture and with Halo-like lighting and when it dimmed down it glowed dimly then appeared as a silhouette. It was as big as a large commercial aircraft. I felt apprehensive for weeks. If I was looking 10 degrees either way, I would have missed it entirely which leaves me to think it was intended for me to be aware of it.

Description: Me and my friend were sitting in one of our friends house. I was waiting for my boyfriend to finish work. My friend was sitting opposite me and we were both smoking and gossiping. I glimpsed out of the window opposite me and I saw a really bright light in the sky. It appeared to be hovering, I mentioned it to my friend she turned around, at first she couldn't see it but then she saw it too. We watched it for a while and both decided it was the lights we had both seen together a few months back in her garden when I slept round. They first appeared lit really bright then they would dim and start flashing, they were moving extremely slow. Then they appeared to just fade out and disappear. we carried on watching and then decided they had gone. half an hour later they were back this time instead of 3 there were 5 we called our friend luke to come and see. At first he just called us weird but then we all saw it 2 disappeared and the three that were left lit up one after another as if they were communicating with each other.

East Of Kingman Arizona A Enormous UFO

Full Description of event/sighting: While moving to CA for a new job from AZ I saw a UFO on 11/22/08 driving west on the I40 near Kingman around 1:00 a.m. The back end looked like the battle cruiser in star wars, well at least the Plasma Drive. You know how it glowed with no flames? Well this thing flew over my car with weird lights with glowing wires or something, couldn't see a shape, but the back end of the craft was giant, it looked like 6 sliding glass patio doors 3 across and 2 down and they were glowing blue white. They were vertical to the ground. Like some kind of plasma drive. Understand a big rectangle made of 6 to 8 panels perpendicular to the road moving twice as fast as I was.
This thing was very big, maybe 3 stories tall and 6 wide. it was moving in the same direction as me, west on 40 toward Kingman AZ. I pulled out my video camera and tried to tape it while I was driving. After looking at the tape, I saw a light near the ground moving at the same speed as the craft, weird, it was either that thick or had a probe moving along with it.
Oh and here is a more interesting thing. the start of the tape shows a exit sign 1 mile, the end of the tape shows the signs at the exit a mile later. I recorded the video the whole time. I was driving about 70 to 75 mph if that much while holding the camera in my right hand. I only recorded 35 sec of tape in that 1 mile. that would put me at over 100 mph. That's freaking impossible for my old car. I'm driving a 1989 Pathfinder full of stuff moving to CA from AZ. No way could I have gone over 80 or 85 empty. So I traveled 1 mile in 35 sec. in an old car so full that my front end was pointing up and blinding oncoming cars.
I think I was in a time warp where the tape drive ran faster or slower than normal. Or that my car moved faster than normal. Or the distance got shorter.
Or time slowed down and the distance stayed the same. I don't know. But I recorded the exit sign at the beginning and the exit a mile later and the tape only shows 35 seconds of time. Explain that on to me! By the time I got the camera out of the bag it was way out in front of me keeping a steady course. There were no cars within 2 or 3 mile behind me. None in front, don't know about oncoming at that time.

Indianapolis, Indiana A Loud Boom And Some Saw Blue Lights

Last night, while giving my son a bath at about 8:15pm I heard a huge boom which lasted about 5 seconds, it was bigger than life! I thought there was probably some kind of gas explosion and waited until after I put the kid to sleep to watch the news and search the internet. I was surprised how loud it was since I was in an interior room with no windows and it is very insulated from sound. I found nothing on the news/web and figured that it was too soon for someone to make a report. Meanwhile, my wife was at my sister-in-laws on the other side of Indianapolis at a Christmas party and heard the same thing, except she said they were outside and saw blue lights to the south. I was surprised they heard the boom, because their house is a good 35 minute drive from ours due southeast. Today I searched and saw a similar story in that happened in Kokomo in April of this year. Just thought I would send the info since there is no mention of anything around here. Let me know if you know anything about this, it is going to drive me crazy. I can be reached via this e-mail. Long Beach, California Numerous Sightings Of Lights

Full Description of event/sighting: It started on the evening of 12/13/08 around 7pm. 3 of us walked out of house to go to a Christmas party and noticed a rotating light about 1500 feet up in the air. Could not see shape or noise or anything due to the stormy weather. Next sighting as I was standing out smoking a cig. around 11pm on 22nd a dark object that blocked out the stars that zoomed pass an airplane. Very fast, very large. Next time smoking outside around 12-1am on the 24th saw 3 glowing dots in the sky in formation. It looked as high as the stars but they moved very rapidly from one horizon to the other side very quick, but from view it took roughly 10 or 15 seconds for them to move that far. next time around 11pm on the 26th both me and another person saw at the Wells Fargo building where they have spot lights shooting up in the sky.
I first noticed it as they hit the lights. I thought it was a flock of birds that were moving through the lights at about 250 feet above the building, but as the left the lighted area they were still glowing white. There were about 25-30 individual lights. I then with all the sighting that I and roommates saw I knew this was something else and that we have witness something amazing. I am former military (SF) and I know what I saw and I know birds don't glow and our planes don't fly that quick. Maybe it is us, but if it is we've have jumped a 1000 years in technology. I would like to see someone come out to this area to investigate Magnolia and 3rd street. This seems to be a hot spot. I don't know why, maybe the light from Wells Fargo building or Catalina.

Chandler, Arizona Six Bright Objects

Full Description of event/sighting: I walked outside to let out my dog and have a smoke. It was supposed to rain this night so I went into my yard from under the awning to observe the clouds. I noticed 3 bright lights at an extremely high altitude flying parallel to each other. What was interesting is that they all turned slightly to the SW at the same time however one of the lights lagged just a little and fell back into this formation. I then noticed at least 3 additional lights of the same type flying at the same altitude as if they were trying to catch up to the original 3 I saw. I ran into the house after observing the first 3 and grabbed my video camera. It is a HHD camera so I did not have to load tape or disk.
By the time I came back outside the original 3 lights had disappeared into the clouds however the other 3, one coming from the NE, the other from the East and the third from the SE were still visible. I am still reviewing the digital images and will load this piece of video onto my PC. This way I will be able to slow the images so I can see if I captured anything. This camcorder has a 1000X zoom, unfortunately if I zoom too fast, the picture is distorted. I did zoom out at one point and this is where I may have captured one light. I will post another note on this site after reviewing the image. Thank you for listening/reading, I did see something. We see alot of activity here in the Phoenix area because the Air Force fly's all kinds of test craft over the deserts. I also was a witness to the Phoenix Lights a few years back and do not believe it was anything out of the ordinary. They were most likely flares as I have seen this same activity over in Germany while living there. Again, thank you for allowing me to post my sighting.

San Rafael, California A Red Object Outside Witnesses Home (Graphic)

Last night (Dec. 20, 2008 about 8pm) as I was watching a video in the living room, I saw a weird red orb resting "motionless", about 1000' in the sky outside my rear deck that overlooks a creek, looking westward. It was bright and bright red in color. I thought it might be a helicopter at first, but the cloud ceiling was low and a light rain was falling. There were no other aircraft at the time, though I did see what looked like an aircraft flying over the same area about
an hour later. That plane had a white navigation headlight, like other aircraft flying at night, and it was headed in a linear north to south direction. It was moving steadily.
The red orb did not move for about 5 minutes after I spotted it then it began to move westward at a very slow rate of speed. No sound could be heard coming from it, as a helicopter most certainly would have made. I tried to videotape it but couldn't get a good shot as the sighting was through the branches of a large tree.
I rendered an artists impression of what I saw here. It's pretty close to the real thing. I'm not sure what.

Mexico City A Very Brilliant Sphere

Description: Mexico City. December 21th 2008. 11:30 am Local time. My mother and I went up to the roof to take some warm from the sun. The sky is cloudless and very bright. Looking up to the west we both saw a very brilliant sphere surrounded by a clear halo. It was moving west to south with uniform speed. While travelling, it seemed to be spinning on its own axis, because we could see it shinning for a moment, and then the shine went very opaque,
almost invisible against the sky, then again, this shine came back. Seemed like it was partially reflective and partially opaque.
At some point, it crossed just below of the morning moon and aircraft passed at the same time. It continued moving towards the sun and it became very difficult to see because we had the sun in front of our face. I guess the clear halo was 2 or 3 times the size of the sphere.

Description: I walked out the front of my house and my daughter 19 months old said plane daddy. I looked in the sky and saw a round blue and silver object. I noticed that it had no sound, it seemed to me that the blue colour was the same shade as the sky and hard to make out, I assumed that the silver shine was possibly a combined reflection of the sun and it body. It flew at a consistent speed rather slow. It also seemed to pulsate, not colour - but matter-hard to explain.
It flew directly overhead of myself and daughter slowing down as it passed us. I would say that it was at roughly cloud level although there were no clouds. As it passed us it seemed to slow, then it turned a red colour, the red was emitted from the object as the colour was not solid. As soon as it emitted red it disappeared. I knew what I had seen was not of this world.
I kept walking as I was going to the shop, as I got 50 meters down the road my daughter again said daddy a plane, as I looked into the sky I saw what I thought to be a star although I quickly realized that it was no star as it was moving quite fast north. I also noticed that three silver-not shining-silver objects were flying around this star looking object. I was confused because the star object looked out of proportion to the objects flying around it-I wasn't sure
exactly whether all 4 objects were at the same height.
As the silver objects were flying they were pulling off incredible maneuvers and it seemed to me and strange to say that the silver objects had a innocent or child like nature in the way that they were flying around, like they were playing a game of chasy-sounds weird. The silver objects seemed to go back to the star and then reemerged again three more times. All this time my 20 month old daughter is still saying plane daddy which is still blowing me away because they were so high in the sky it was hard for me to see. The other thing that seemed odd to me is that this star like object seemed to be encased in a blue ball of something, the first thing that came to mind was water as the bubble of water? Was a slightly darker shade of blue than the sky at the time. I continued to watch these object continuing north until they were out of sight.
I rang meteorology and they knew nothing and I rang the police to see if anyone else had reported a sighting although they said that they hadn't, 2 days later I was in my back yard and was playing with my daughter and I saw a object that at distance looked like a plane although it wasn't on a flight path used by other planes as I have observed since living here. As I looked closer I realized that this object was grey, had no wings, made no noise and was massive at a distance.
It was around 2.45 pm, north east flying east, the weather was clear as day not a cloud in the sky. This grey object had no markings and seemed to fly at irregular speeds, nothing excessive although it seemed to stall now and again. The distance had to be at least ten to twenty kilometers away.
I bought myself a video camera after my last sighting two days prior and ran inside to get it, as I came out side and tried to focus in on it, it disappeared. My daughter saw it too although it seemed strange to me that something that large was not caught on camera or seen by someone else here, although I have been told that not everyone can see them..thank you for your interest, I'm not wasting your time as these things actually happened. I hope that I have more sightings and can send you some footage next time.

Full Description of event/sighting: Driving from my mum's house to my brother's on Xmas Day I saw a bright Orangey-Red light. Too big to be a light from a helicopter or a plane, also too bright. It seemed to be hovering at first but was moving east towards the sea. My first thought was some kind of object entering the earth's atmosphere, but I wouldn't know what this actually looked like. As we turned a corner the light came into the view of my parents and my auntie. They started to discuss what it could be, my mum said it looked like a flare but there wasn't a smoke trail and it was moving. We turned another corner and the thing was lost from sight by houses, by the time we stopped 10 minutes later the sky was completely clear of objects.

Full Description of event/sighting: On Christmas night a friend and I decided to have a drink and go out walking. We ended up on the Elderslie golf course. At one point I looked up in the sky in the distance and observed 2 lights moving quite fast, tailing each other. I thought they looked odd and pointed them out to my friend. He looked also and we got into a slightly drink induced hysteria about it. Suddenly a third light appeared from behind trees (this was well in the distance but the trees were obscuring our view) also moving quite fast. At this point I decided I should record this on my mobile phone camera and took it out, however before I started recording two of the lights disappeared and I was left only recording one, it is quite small and my hands aren't very steady, but the movement of this light can be observed, my only problem with showing the video is the audio, we're both quite drunk and sound like complete idiots. To be honest, whilst at the time we were excited and although in the video we convince ourselves this is not simply our drunken minds playing tricks on us, I had put it out of my mind until I stumbled upon an article in the local newspaper "The Paisley Daily Express" about a man seeing two strange glowing lights the night before. As no reasonable explanation was given for these and the HBCC was referenced I decided to pass the story on to you.

Description: When I was leaving my local sports club at approx 22.45 I noticed and orange object in the sky which was about the size of two match heads not intensely bright and not flashing. It was traveling in a east to west direction at first assumed it was a satellite but then it slowly turned in north westerly direction and the orange glow got dimmer and disappeared. I thought it may have been a military plane on afterburn but there was no noise or pulsed emission of light. I have never seen anything like this in my life it was quite unusual.

Description: While driving my grandson to his mother I seen an orange light moving towards me from the side, I pulled over amazed at what I was seeing, as I stopped the light turned 90 degrees and disappeared. When reaching my daughter I told her not to think I was mad and told her what I had seen. She then told me her partner had just texted her that he had seen the same. As I was telling her we seen another go across the sky and as that disappeared another one appeared following the previous. Both followed an arc pattern and disappeared. The speed was steady but still faster than any aeroplane. To say I'm freaked out is an underestimate.

Hi, I have viewed the video as you requested and to be honest they were not like these. They were much brighter and the original one I seen was coming from north to south towards me, it then turned 90 degrees going west. The second and third ones appeared from the east going west travelling faster than an aeroplane but low with no noise before disappearing after 10, 20 seconds. Hope this helps.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was called out to the front door by neighbour who had seen approx: 40 twinkling, orange orbs go silently overhead in a westerly direction. We then saw approx: 20 more, not in formation, but at the same speed. Completely silent in a clear sky. I have seen lit balloons to catch moths in the New Forest, but I don't think there are many of those around at this time of year! We are used to seeing aircraft at night as we live on the approach to Exeter airport.

It looked like a huge spotlight and it took us 30 minutes to reach Barkley RD and it appeared to be in the same place, but when we got the binoculars out and drove back up the hill it was just going behind the mountains on the other side of the Okanagan Lake. We would really like to know what we saw. We only saw one.

Full Description of event/sighting: Got off of work and checked the clouds like every other night. When I looked up I saw a red light over the city, kind of like
a car's tail light. It was a solid bright orb that was red in color. It moved at such a crazy speed, that it blew my mind. It had to have moved from Chatham about one hundred kilometers in just seconds. Out of know where it picked up so much more speed and just vanished into thin air. I called a buddy who without question thought I was crazy. We got off the phone and he called right back to tell me he was watching the same thing move at incredible speeds,
glowing bright red now and flashing orange lights and moving away from the city. He said that it picked up speed and disappeared all of a sudden. This whole thing was mind blowing. I can't believe that I got to witness this.

Los Angeles, California A Bright Fast Moving Object

Full Description of event/sighting: The skies were a bit hazy and you could only see very bright stars and planets. I had just finished parking my car in my garage and was walking around the corner to my apartment building when I looked up and saw a very bright object emerge from behind a tree. It was too low to be a satellite (about 249 miles too low!) and had no strobe or wing lights. It made no sound as it passed overhead. About 10 seconds after I sighted the object it got a bit dimmer. I figured that it had passed behind some of the haze. This meant the object was probably around 5,000 to 10,000 feet. I continued to watch the object until it was out of sight. The whole sighting took about 8 to 10 minutes.

Full Description of event/sighting: While working in the West End of Paisley, I was alerted by two strangers, (one female and male), I heard the female shouting, look at that, as I looked from an upstairs window I saw a large flat square shaped orange dish. The object was not flashing but remained very bright, while hovering the object briefly moved from right to left and then back again to the spot I first seen it at.I immediately informed my colleague who was in our office at the time, we both then went outside to have a look, my colleague confirms that he seen a bright orange light which appeared to be surrounded by a triangular shaped orange light, this remained for approximately 1 minute, the object then disappeared heading towards the Elderslie area of Renfrewshire.

Which after a short while started to veer right towards Finningley keeping the same height at all times and then slowly fading away as they moved towards Finningley. As soon as these 3 objects disappeared another 2 appeared from the same direction and another 2 further across the sky from what would be in the direction of the racecourse north easterly direction. I have know logical explanation to what these objects might be and would be interested if you could shed any light on what they might be from other reports you might have received.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving away from the airport when I noticed 4 orange lights. I turned right to Bramhope and stopped in the middle of road, as at first thought it almost looked like a big firework before it explodes, but it didn't then. I thought it must be planes coming in, but they were too close and then realized what I was witnessing. The four object were stepped in order, with one very low, then the next two bit higher, but on same level than another at the very top. It was almost like a set of steps and all were same size. The two in the middle were closest to each other and then these two began to circle each other 3 1/2 times. They were stopped dead in the sky, all four before all four began to move sideways and apart from the highest which then began to move went upwards.

Was observed for over 60 seconds moving in the sky, at the speed of a distant airplay, moving steading in 1 direction until it moved really far and went out of sight. It caught my attention after hearing some teens yelling, UFO, UFO, and hearing another teen say that it was not a UFO but a terror attack going to hit a target. Obviously, there were no attacks, so it was a UFO. I never saw anything like that before. Could not be fireworks unless there is something new invented out there that can make that happen.
