Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was coming out of work and looked up and saw bright orange lights clustered together. They moved apart and fell slowly to ground. Then 3 or 4 at a time headed up into the sky. We followed the last group up, until they seemed to turn into stars. I can still see them when I look up and they are in formation. I have never seen anything like it. I feel like they are just watching us.

Strange Lights Over San Jose California

I couldn't tell the dimension or shape, however it looked exactly as you described in your post (immediately Goggled strange lights, San Jose, CA) right down to the blinking out.

Family Witnessing Strange UFOs And More Over Long Island New York

Hey Brian, I found your site after a quick internet search. I live on Long Island in N.Y.. I'm a mom of 2 and I'm not crazy and neither is my family. Last summer I witness on 2 different occasions a bluish green ball of light that flew across my backyard. I had told my husband about it and a couple of days later we had forgotten about it. About 2 months later my husband, while walking the dog witnessed the same light or orb and it swooped over a building and flew away at a super fast pace.

These incidents happened between 9:00pm -1:00am. A couple of days went by and my husband, my kids and myself were outside at about 2:30pm in the afternoon when we saw very low in the sky what appeared to be the upper body of a black clothed human, floating with a backpack.

This thing floated above us, still at first, then it would move side to side. It stood in our eyesight for about 45 seconds and flew away. Without myself saying anything, a neighbor came out and asked us if we had seen what appeared to him to be a small person with a pack on their back. We know this was not a helium balloon, because of the way it was moving and standing still. Anyway, tonight we saw this bluish green light again and it's starting to worry us. Thanks.

Three Orange Lights Over San Jose California

Large Low Flying Orange Sphere Over Chula Vista National City California

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My father, a friend and I were returning from Tijuana headed north, Friday the 29th at around 6:30 p.m., the sun had just fully gone down. It was dark on the I-5, at around the 27 mile marker we all noticed a large orange sphere over the trees on the right hand (east) side of I-5. It appeared to be a balloon over a car lot or business. My dad (who was military for 40 years) mentioned it was too perfect for a balloon or blimp. It was perfectly round, glowing orange with a *non-strobing* red light on top. I think the red light is important cause I think it is FAA law that all thing a certain distance off of the ground must have a red strobe.

We observed the object for a minute or so until we cleared the trees, then we noticed it was not close to the ground at all. Rather, it was maybe about an 1/8 mile (+ or -) away and several hundred feet off the ground. All of this lends to an object of spectacular size. It was about a thumbs width at arms length.

I noticed, what I thought, was a "halo" about 2/3 down the sphere, around the circumference, like a haze where the sphere was ever so slightly lighter. (This was not witnessed by the other two in our car.)

We laughed about it and dismissed it until I Googled it and found several stories that fit it in the So-Cal area. I did get a photo from the car on my iPhone, terrible quality, shaky, but you can see the object's color and size in relativity to the lights in the picture.

Three Lights Forming A Triangle Over Florida USA

Mr. Vike, Ok, so my husband and I got into a conversation last night about UFOs and what not. He has never had a sighting, I have. On three separate occasions, different sightings, throughout my life. I told him about the red lights and have been thinking about it all day today. So when I got home from work I decided to do a Google search, I queried: "three red lights in the sky", to my amusement Google auto completed it before I was finished typing. There are a lot of people who have similar stories, but you described what I saw exactly. I'd like to tell you about my story.

I saw them in 1986, the year of Haley's Comet and I was twelve years old and living in Florida. I had a kids' telescope at the time, it wasn't too bad either. You could see the craters on the moon very well, but not stars and planets and such. I spent a lot of time out in the yard with my telescope at night checking out the moon. One night, it was cold, so I'm guessing maybe January or February, I saw three, small, steady, unblinking lights in the shape of a right triangle. It was completely silent, the lights did not "twinkle" like stars because of the atmosphere, so I deduced they had to be pretty close (comparative to the stars) at least within earth's atmosphere. They moved steady and straight and fairly slow, never changing formation as though they were part of one thing.

They were not particularly bright, sort of subdued, but I wouldn't say they were dim exactly. I watched them for a while hoping they wouldn't zip off into space, and when I was confident they would still be there, I went inside and got my mom. Dad, just looked at me like "oh, my little strange one" and stayed inside. Mom came outside and sure enough, they were still up there. We watched them until, like the ones you saw this year, one at a time, the furthest one out first, they just faded out. It was as if they were at the same altitude, but very high up and they were heading into the northwest, just out and away. Mom was just as stumped as I was, though I was positive we had seen a UFO, mom was a little skeptical, but not totally convinced it wasn't a UFO either. She called the police to see if anyone else had seen it. The police, as well as my dad, probably thought she was a fruitcake, but I thought, and still think, she was pretty cool for at least calling. She still remembers that one. I have a few other stories of the "unknown", but I'm not going go into them here. It's pretty exiting for me to see that others have seen this particular sighting too, and so many years after I saw them! We are not alone. Your fellow UFO seer.

Round Or Cylindrical UFO Over Ruby Beach Washington USA

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I saw a flying object moving south paralleling coast on Ruby Beach in the afternoon, on a weekend in June or July 2004. The object was observed through binoculars. It was pulsating extremely bright and multi colored. The object turned on it's axis and became saucer shaped, no colors. Object then turned and appeared round again and turned directly eastward, sped eastward out of sight. Observed for 10 - 12 minutes total. Never saw anything like it before or since.

Possible Sasquatch/Bigfoot Tracks Found In South Central Maine ?

Hello! I'm in south central Maine. I was walking through a field today (where no one walks) and found an odd trail. It looks just like the Sasquatch trails you see in other people's pictures. It is snowy, so the tracks remain (we haven't had snowfall for several weeks, so no telling how recent they are). I also found fairly fresh poo, which looked like human poo, except was full of fibrous material and seeds.

It didn't look like it came from a meat-eater and saw no sign of purified meat. Parts of it even had a reddish tone, as though some type of tree fruit was consumed. There was also some fuzzy hairs in it, but not throughout it. My guess is that it was hair from the creature who pooped there, or from a young that the adult bathed.

Should I go back and get the poo in a bag and send it for lab tests to determine where/what it came from? I would also take pictures (actually, didn't even think to snap some with my cell phone while out there today!). Can't imagine what else could make those prints. The footprints are about 5 feet apart, but are from a single foot, not like an animal running where several paws would land close to each other. It was pretty cool to see this. I even walked around and kept my eye out in the woods. They are not harmful beings, it would be kind of cool to see one. Will look forward to hearing back from you.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: While driving home with my 8 year old son, he said Dad, is that a meteor? I said it was probably a plane. Then he said why are there 3 of them. We looked up and they were moving slowly in a northwest direction. They were spaced evenly apart. Then all of a sudden, one took off and disappeared. We pulled into our driveway and my son asked me to go get the camera.

Before I could go inside, the second one disappeared just like the first, then the last one was gone also. I came inside to see if anyone else had seen this, and I came upon this sight. You can contact me anytime.

Bright White Circular Object Over Costa Mesa California

Full Description of Event/Sighting: While traveling south on Newport Blvd. at 18th Street in Costa Mesa, California, we saw straight ahead a bright white circular object rapidly fall from about 30 degrees above the horizon to a point approximately 3.8 degrees to the west on the horizon. The fall lasted approximately one second.

The path was an arc, somewhat as one would expect a falling meteor to take. The light suddenly appeared and stayed consistently bright until it reached the horizon. I believe it was far enough away to have fallen into the Pacific ocean which was at least a mile away. The diameter of the circle was approximately 0.12 degrees. The round appearance in the dark was as if an airplane landing light were aimed directly at us. There was no sound.

Slow Bright UFO Made Up Of Orange Lights Dumbfounds Witnesses In Northeastern Pennsylvania (Kingston) USA

Hello Brian, my name is (name removed), and I live in northeastern Pennsylvania. About three years ago, my mother was watching my daughter for me, because I worked second shift. I came to my mothers to have lunch with my daughter. It was 8:00pm.

As I was leaving to head back to work, I got as far as the porch, (second floor apt) and noticed a star above the mountain line ahead of me. My dad was a military man and it was a habit to identify aircraft by listening to, or watching for the lights.

This insanely bright white light started to rise and then move, closer and closer.

As it moved closer to my location, it turned left and traveled about two hundred feet, then stopped, turned completely on it's side, pivoted and then leveled flat again and continued toward me again very slowly. No sound.

My daughter came out and then my mother came out and we just watched this thing. My mother asked what it was, and I told her I didn't know. It moved too slow to be a jet or plane and it was close enough to hear rotors if a chopper, yet no sound.

As it moved closer, the color of the light changed to a light blue, then six lights were very clear as it got even closer. It came right over the top of us, right over the top of the house as we were on the porch looking at it. It was about 15 feet above the peak of the house.

I heard no sound at all until it was directly above us, that's when I heard a whirring sound, kind of like a jet engine, not the high pitched whine, more like the low pitch as a jet is shutting down. Directly over head their were six orange lights, one bigger one in the center, and the others around it, which hinted that the object was circular, but I can say that for sure. All I saw was the lights. I tried to see the actual shape, but to no avail.

It moved eerily slow, like it was "floating ", but much slower than a blimp.

If we were walking in the same direction under it, we would have easily out paced it.

It moved in a zig zag tactical pattern as if it were searching for something and did emit a bluish white sharp angled "search light" from time to time while coming over the mountain.

As it floated over the house, I jumped in the car, intending to watch it on my way back to work. Five seconds later, I was in my car on the road and it was totally gone from sight.

The next night my boss was laughing about two other guys at work that said they saw a "UFO" the night before.

This is the very first UFO that I have ever seen in my life, not to mention my daughter or mother and it has stuck with me ever since. I can never forget it.

I did report it to MUFON and you will find it on their sight under "Six Orange Lights" or Kingston PA.

I know I wasn't a balloon, blimp, helicopter, plane or jet.

I kind of use my experience to weed out all the other sightings out here, because I know what I saw, so I only listen to stories about six orange lights. Now I found yours.
We took no pictures as we stood dumbfounded watching the thing. My daughter even became scared, and wouldn't sleep all that night. She was about 13 then.

Green Glowing UFO Near Miramar Marine Air Station

I was looking up to see if anyone else saw what my mom and I saw last night (Feb 14, 2010) just before 7:00 PM, and I found your website, http://unitedstatesufo.blogspot.com/

On your site was described the same sort of thing that we saw. (My grown son, who was with us, did not see it from the back seat in time when we pointed it out, as it only lasted 2-3 seconds.) Also the little thumbnail pictures looked like it looked, sharply descending but in the opposite direction from our point of view, looking south.

A phosphorescent greenish, glowing-burning slightly elongated ball shot down, with what appeared to be a red blinking light at the back of it, if it was moving forward. At first I thought it was a meteor, although much bigger than any I had ever seen, and then the red blinking light appeared and I was heartsick, believing that we were watching a plane crash.

We were at the top of the hill on Carriage Road in Poway, looking toward the south, and it might have been over the business park, which is very near the Miramar Marine Air Station as a crow flies, so we thought maybe some training exercises, or perhaps the sheriff's helicopter which sometimes is seen there and may have been crashing.

The glowing ball made no noise, had only the slightest bit of a tiny trail or seemed to. It appeared at an altitude of about 20 degrees and shot rapidly from the south-southeast toward the south, descending at approximately a 45 degree angle until it disappeared into the dark hills of south Poway, or perhaps Scripps. There was no sound, smoke or glow of a crash, and when I called the sheriff dept a few moments later, they had no report of any crash or sheriff activity there.

I do not believe it was an alien UFO, but it was definitely something and I am curious to find out what. I am sure about that blinking red light, but if it was not part of the greenish-glowing blob, then it was aligned with and traveling in the same direction at the exact same speed as the blob, so that it appeared to be attached to it. But that did not make sense.

UFO Filmed For Approximately Six Minutes Over Yorba Linda California

Brian, not sure if I am using this email/blog/site correctly, but I can't believe what I just saw. I just recorded (DVD) approximately 6 minutes of this anomaly that you wrote about tonight. I live in Yorba Linda CA and was just taking out my garbage with my son and he pointed up in the air to a flying (?) which was very close, just above and super bright light in the sky. It is like nothing I have ever seen. It was a solid bright whitish light at first, then started pulsating green, white in the middle and red on the other end/side of the flying object. Scary.

At one point it looked to be flying around an airplane (which by the way looked polar opposite than this object). Never would have believed it. It was so very different than anything else in the sky (planes, helicopter, etc.) and had no sound to it whatsoever. Hopes this validates what you saw. Wow!

Blue Green Object Falling From The Sky Over Gardena California

I saw a bluish/green object falling from the sky in Gardena, California on February 14, 2010 at around 6:30pm. It was similar to what you described seeing as well. Kind of freaked me out, don't know if I should tell someone or not. But when I Googled what I saw your site was the first to pop up, so I thought I'd respond, hoping to find out new information.

I would say I observed it if for about three maybe four seconds. I was already looking into the sky when it first appeared it so its hard to be exact.

I was a few blocks away so I did not hear any sound. I don't know if it made one or not but i definitely didn't hear anything.

It was falling South West of a building that sits on Artesia and Vermont.

I saw a light trail but it wasn't smoke it was more so because the object was moving so fast.

I'm definitely sure it was an object and not a star or a meteor or anything like that. The light was bright, almost like it was glowing. It almost seemed to be going slow, almost hovering at first and then it fell quickly. I also checked to see if there were any plane crashes that happened in the area tonight and found nothing.

UFOs - Multiple Red Orbs Chased By Jet Fighters Over Holloman AFB New Mexico

There all over Holloman AFB, New Mexico, I have witnessed several accounts of the lights and they are a source of intelligence that I can not now explain. I have witness FY-22 Raptors chasing the cool looking orbs to no avail, they just popped out and shoed back up twenty miles down range. This is cool stuff but it makes you wonder what is coming. If they can do all of this what are their interests in our military?

Additional Information:

Beginning on the 22 Dec 09 at 7:00 pm to the NW of Alamogordo 7 orbs stationary at first, then some splitting into two or more then disappeared. On 6 January approximately in the same position 10 orbs traveling to the north towards Tularosa, then as we traveled towards Tularosa, NM. One appeared to the east of Tularosa, (that is when the FY-22 gave chase, it blazed across the highway with full afterburners toward that orb, when it arrived at the orbs location the orb disappeared.

The jet made a turn to the east and started its trek back to base when approximately 20 miles downrange towards Carrizozo, NM multiple orbs popped into view. The shape was odd though five orbs rotating around a centralized one. A minute or two passed by and they all disappeared. The third sighting was directly overhead Holloman, on the 5th of Feb, this sighting happened as jets were taking off and maneuvering during a night exercise. (they have had a continuing exercise going on for several weeks.)

A Bright Blue Green Object Seen Over Simi Valley California

Hi. I found your website on Google. Last night (Feb 3) at approximately 7:15pm my husband and I were traveling west on California highway 118 coming into Simi Valley. Just northwest of our car up in the night sky, I spotted a bright light that at first looked like a small plane. It was very bright yellow/white and formed an arc as it traveled with a bright blue-green ball as the center. It lasted only several seconds, but it was very noticeable. Did you have any reports of such an object in the sky?

I presume it to be a meteor. But since I have never seen anything like this in my 54 years, I am not sure.

We too were also driving in the car, it was small in size and then it just started falling straight down relatively fast for maybe 10 seconds or less, and then it was gone. We could have sworn that whatever it was crashed, so we watched the news and nothing was said. Then we "googled", and that's how we came across your site.

Bluish/Green Object Falling Out Of The Sky Over San Diego California

Hi Brian, thanks for taking an interest. It was January 18, 2010 at approximately 9:00pm. The falling object fell for about 1.5 seconds. I did not notice any trail behind it. Now that I remember the passenger said he had seen it in the sky and that he thought it was a helicopter.

But, that it just suddenly dropped, and that's when I noticed (the driver). I was driving so I didn't see it until it was a bright light and that's why it caught my attention. We couldn't hear anything because we were inside a car driving and listening to music. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask!

Large Ball Of Fire Falling From The Sky Over New Hope Pennsylvania

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Hi Brian, My friend and I were driving South on Route 202 in New Hope on 1/18/10, around 5:40 p.m., when all of a sudden I noticed a large ball of fire falling from the sky directly in front of us. It was moving quickly and seemed to burn out before hitting the ground. At first I thought it was a plane and then I realized it was too small, but definitely too large to be a falling star.

I quickly mentioned it to my friend who said she saw it as well, but wasn't able to get the words out before I did. We couldn't believe what we had seen. A minute later we saw a smoke trail where the ball of fire had been. Was it a meteor? Please let me know if anyone figures out what this sighting was. Thanks.

Huge Ball Of Bright White Light Descended From The Sky In Newark Delaware

Time: 5:37 p.m.

My husband, myself and Grandson also saw exactly what you indicated last night at 5:37pm. I live in Newark, Delaware and was on Rt. 4 driving home (right next to the new Barclays Credit Card Center) and out of no where this huge ball of bright white light descended from the sky very quickly and fell south west down. When I pulled up to my sister’s house (2 minutes later) we told her what happened and looked outside and could see a smoke trail where this thing traveled.

I’ve been all over the internet last night, looking for anyone else who witnessed this and this morning I found you. I know others have had to see it and I’d sure like to know what we saw!

Falling Ball Of Light Observed From Collegeville Pennsylvania

Time: Approx: 5:30 p.m.

Brian, I saw the falling ball of light too on January 18th. I thought it was closer to 5:30 PM, but I’m not sure. I didn’t have any timepieces on me. I live in Collegeville, PA, and I saw it fall from the sky west of me. It happened so fast, and no one else was around. I started to doubt my own eyes. I waited to hear a sound, and I heard nothing.
I kept checking the news and I saw nothing about it.

I’ve never been on your website before. When I didn’t see anything on the news I began doing internet searches, and then your website came up with a sighting.

Since nothing seems to have hit the ground I wonder if it was space junk burning up.

Blue And Green Ball Of Light Over Six Mile Run Pennsylvania

Time: Evening.

Mr. Vike, My fiancé and I were walking Monday evening and saw the ball of light that you described. My fiancé saw it a few seconds before I did and he said he saw blue and green colors before it turned a yellow color. I saw the yellow ball of light before it disappeared. We couldn't believe our eyes and I wondered if anyone else saw it. When I got to work I told a friend and she looked on the internet and found your article.

We live in Six Mile Run, PA. It's about 10 miles from the town of Saxton and approximately 15 miles from Breezewood. According to the Baltimore Sun, there were several sightings in Maryland. It's amazing to think we were in the right place at the right time to see a rare occurrence such as this.
