Date: January 18, 2005 Time: Around 10:30 a.m.
To whom it may concern, A while back...I took photos of this white ball that I watched hover in the sky for about 4 hours. The reason I saw it was because I was watching for the B-2 bomber to fly over like it had done the 2 days before. It did fly over and this ball was there too.
I was wondering about it and typed in: "UFO Missouri" in Yahoo and found your website. In there I found a report from Miller Co. Mo. from January 18th. This person had seen the same thing I did. His pictures are the same as mine. He took pictures of the B-2 also and that white ball was in them. I don't think he saw that ball until he developed the film.
Anyway, here's my photo. You will have to hunt for it. It's a little white ball in the middle of the picture..but it shined like a mirror when I saw it outside.
Additional Information:
Hello back, I saw this thing in central Missouri in Miller county. I think it's Miller county! Where I house sat at, it's right where 3 county's come together.
Anyway, they live close to Dixon, Mo.
That's near Fort Leonard Wood.
Yes, the wind was blowing from the northeast to the southwest. Clouds were going past this. I've sat and thought about this. At first I thought it might be a weather balloon or maybe even a tethered radar balloon from the Fort...but it disappeared too fast. I was only in the house for a minute and I had been watching it for almost 4 hours.
No lights were on it and it was around 10:30 in the morning.
Yes..the sun did reflect off it even though it doesn't look like it in the picture.
Thank you to the witness for the report.
