Independence, Missouri (Kansas City USA ) UFO With Large Yellow Lights

Hello Brian: I heard your program last night (Rense) through the GCN Network discussing sightings. I would like to add mine to the mix.

October 1999, Independence, Missouri (Kansas City USA ) approximately 22:30. We had been to a baseball game at the Royal's Stadium. Our seats gave us a beautiful view of the field as well as an exquisite sky. I looked out into the vast darkness and "said" OK, any UFOs out there? I'd like to see you. Nothing. Forgot about it. Returned to my in laws home.

Myself and my mother-in-law got out of the car on the driveway and my husband was pulling the car into the garage. My mother-in-law walked inside. I turned and looked up to the sky. It was a very dark sky. I was looking northeast when I spotted what I thought was a flock of ducks whose wings were reflecting the lights of the city, kind of shimmering. But as it came closer and overhead I realized I was seeing a "UFO". In retrospect I realize it was huge but at the time I didn't really put a size to it. As it came over me I could clearly see the underside. It was covered in large round yellow lights; actually the lights defined the outline of the boomerang shape. They all appeared to be deeply recessed into the underbelly. There was an energy veil swirling around the craft (ionizing radiation?) and I could hear the hum of an electrical transformer. As it passed by it disappeared. What I realized as it went into the distance was that the recession of the lights into the craft actually made the black body invisible unless you were directly under it. Total time, couldn't have been longer than 70 seconds from first sight to last.

Have you had any similar sightings reported to you? Especially the transformer sound and recessed lighting? I haven't found any.
