Weather Conditions: Clear, night time.
Description: I was standing on my balcony at the Hyatt late at night. The sky was very clear and the stars were very bright. Then I saw this thing in the sky moving very slowly. It was changing every color: blue, green, purple, red, orange, etc. I called my mom and my brother over to look at it. We couldn't figure out what it was. A few minutes later it disappeared but it creeped me out.
