Hello Brian I was outside picking up the kids bikes and it was approx 9:00 pm when I turned around facing south east I saw a trail of sparks yellow in color and that just appeared out of nowhere. What was strange about it there was no noise and the trail was about a mile long in the sky and then it just disappeared like it imploded. Again the color was goldish yellow and sparkles leaving a trail, it was really cool to see. Was there a meteor shower that no one knew about that night.
