Bright Light Seen Over Elkton Virginia

Time:  10:15 p.m.

 

I saw this same thing September 1, 2008. I live at Elkton, Virginia. The time of appearance was 10:15 p.m.

 

Known witnesses: 2. I was walking my dog and looked up this bright light appeared then got smaller and disappeared. I think it's still there. It could have left though.
