Las Vegas, Nevada Five Lights Appeared

Posted: January 14, 2008

Date: October 14, 2005 Time: Approx: 3:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 9 Shape of objects: balls of light.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was sitting on a curb outside a building, had been there about 10 minutes. The sky was clear with no clouds at all. All of a sudden these 5 lights appeared, like tiny stars. They were drifting slowly to the SW. At first I tried to think maybe balloons from Nellis AFB. Then one by one they became 9 balls of light drifting to the SW. Every now and then one would take off in the opposite direction NW, stop then start drifting again SW.

My boyfriend was going in and out of the building, I showed him what I was looking at and at first he said balloon. He loves to rib me about this subject. But not long after watching he agreed they were not balloons.

Then one of them turned a bright red and slowly went SW of the other lights, it seemed a little larger then the rest. It would go from red to white, then red. A couple of times, when a plane would come near it, it would disappear then come back after the plane went by. There was alot of air traffic.

In total, it lasted about 30 minutes. I've seen the videos of the Mexican UFO's and it seems they were alot like them. I didn't have a camera and was just wondering if hopefully someone did and captured them. It was very thrilling to watch.

Thank you Brian for having a site like this. I've had a total of 5 sightings now. The first one in 1967 of a black triangle that flew over my friend and I. In 1994 I saw what can only be called a mother ship over the western mountains of Las Vegas. It had to be at least a mile in diameter. These things are here and everyone should know about it. I sure hope someone got this on video.

Thanks again!

Thank you to the witness for their report.
