Hi Brian, I just read your post on ufoinfo.com. I wanted to let you know that I saw this meteor over Union, MI about 10pm Aug. 3, 2007. My husband and I were with four other people at our cottage, but only three of us saw it, well paying attention anyway. It was truly the largest meteor I've ever seen. We were purposely canvassing the sky looking for satellites and meteors. It was very cool! Thanks!
