Flame Around Bright Glowing Orange Light In The Sky Over Parkland Washington

Time:  About 8:50 p.m. - 8:58 p.m.

Tonight, February 14, 2013 we saw a bright orange glowing light over our home in Parkland, WA. It was moving slowly across the sky seemed almost cloud level. 

Then it stopped just  over us for a few minutes. We looked through the binoculars and could not get much more other then the size and it look like a flame around it. 

It seemed to disappear behind the clouds and moving straight up then it was gone.  We could not hear any noise from it.  This occurred about 8:50 p.m. - 8:58 p.m.

UFO Looked Like A Flat Plate With Flame Seen In The Sky Over Columbia South Carolina

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I saw what looked like a bright flame moving slower than a helicopter speed across the sky. Was flying slow, had a helicopter flying at a distance behind it.

Additional Information:
The below follow-up was done by a fellow who is helping me out. It is greatly appreciated.
It was 9:00 p.m., clear sky with some clouds, I could see the stars and Orion. The craft was flying as high as a helicopter would (2 trees high?) It’s course was steady (no movement up or down) steady altitude.

From where I was I would guess it was flying directly over Broad River road in Columbia, SC headed towards I-20 (I live in the middle of the city)

It appeared like a flat plate with flame (or bright glow) beaming up from the craft, although I don’t believe it was flame because there was no smoke, and the flame/light was not reacting to wind.

As the craft was passing quietly for 3 minutes, I then started to hear and see 2 helicopters keeping a very safe distance, but following behind. The night was clear enough to clearly see the shape of the helicopters, but the craft was difficult to define shape.

I have no doubt whatsoever that what I saw was a UFO, I am very confident in that fact.

Rocket Shaped UFO With Blue Flame Behind Seen In The Sky Between Medford And Grants Pass Oregon

Time:  Around 5:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

I've been on the web all day and cannot find anyone else reporting it.

We live in Grants Pass Oregon. Yesterday, (January 4, 2012) at around 5:00 or 5:30, we were driving home from Medford. We were traveling North on I-5 somewhere between the Gold Hill exit and the Rogue River exit.

The object went right in front of our field of vision (as seen through our windshield). It came traveling from the East (sort of) and was headed in the opposite direction.

It was headed down and across as if it were definitely going to crash into the mountains, only a mile or two in front of us.

At first we thought it was a meteor, but then realized it was very close and then we noticed the large blue flame. I can only describe it as a perfect rocket shape, very big, maybe the size of a 2 seater airplane. The blue flame was unmistakably large.

Very bright blue flame behind it. I hesitate to say the flame was behind it because it looked like the flame was in front of the rocket shaped part. As we continued to drive, we fully expected that after a mile or two of driving, as we passed the smaller foothills, that we would see part of the mountain in flames and a crash site. The whole sighting lasted maybe 4 seconds.

Clearly, the 5 or 6 cars on the freeway near us saw it too, but no one slowed or stopped as we were traveling at 65 mph and it was dark out. Let me know if you find anything similar, my husband and I are very curious.

Object Appeared Like A Flickering Flame Over Southeast Michigan

Time:  Approx: 9:45 p.m.

I saw a light in the southern sky that I thought was a plane at first, then I noticed that the light was a warm light, like that of a flickering flame. It traveled from about SSE to South for a total of maybe 30-40 seconds.

I went to get my brother, but when we returned outside it was gone. I thought it was a plane on fire then realized that it was probably a meteorite. You don't see something like that everyday.

It was approximately 9:45 p.m. in Southeast, MI.

Object Orange Flame In Color Flying Over Falmouth Massachusetts

Time:  Approx: 8:45 p.m.

On September 1, 2012 we saw 3 UFO’s flight path East to West. Time was around 8:45 p.m. These too were also like you described orange flame in color with no sound what so ever.

Sighting lasted around 2 minutes. Thought first that they might be satellites, but I would put them at around 2000 feet so it couldn’t be. All followed the same path except one that stopped and went straight up ,that one was second in line, third one followed first in straight line.

This isn’t the first time me and my friends have seen objects like this in and around Falmouth. This has been ongoing for years. Your description of your objects are spot on to ours of last week.

Flame Looking Object Ascended Into The Sky Over Portland Ohio

At 8:50 p.m. my wife and I seen what looked like a flame that ascending up into sky, watched it for 30 to 40 seconds.

I too thought it might be a plane on fire, but wondered how that could be because it was rising.

Then it vanished into the clouds. I videoed it on my iPhone but then when I went to check it out, there was nothing there. My first time ever seeing something and reporting it. Wonder what it was?

Orange Flame Object Flew Over Davenport Iowa

Date:  December 25, 2012
Time:  Around 5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

December 25th, 2012. Time: about 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. As I was shoveling my driveway, I took a rest and looked south as that it's my least obstructed view. I saw an orange flicker in the sky moving from the east to the west.

At the time I looked must have gone a ways from the east from when I first noticed it , and started going south.
As it flew out of view through some branches, I noticed an identical orange flicker coming from the east. This one I caught early and it took about 3-5 minutes to reach the point where I caught the first one.

This one turned and went more southwest than south. My wife opened the door and asked what I was looking at, I pointed low in the sky, and she asked me what the hell it was, I couldn't give her an answer.

She asked me to come in but I finished shoveling and occasionally looked for more but I never saw another.

The light appeared to flicker as if it was fire , not on fire per se. It seemed large in what little information I had, it really looked like a slow moving ball of orange fire that neither descended nor ascended, only adjusted direction. A constant glow with a flicker giving it a licking of fire effect in the sky,.

Bright Flame Object Changed Into A Boomerang Shaped UFO Over Costa Mesa California

Time:  Approx: 6:40 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.

Seen from Costa Mesa, CA. We just saw the same thing while in the Jacuzzi tonight 6:40-45ish. When my "'J' my man" said look, what is that? I looked up N/W and saw a bright light/flame (thought maybe a plane), which quickly turned into a red boomerang shape (thought a helicopter).

It was moving pretty quickly, then just hovered. I thought it was the local Costa Mesa helicopters, so "no big" and went back to relaxing. That's when my "'J' my man" said,

"It's disappearing", as he watched the glow turn to nothing. (wow)

I looked up at the sky, but it was gone. Very interesting. My first thought was meteor, but the hovering was a bit confusing.

Wondering, did anyone else see this. Maybe a new craft we've developed, that would be awesome.

5 Or 6 Floating Flame Objects Seen Over Miami Florida

I walked outside about 7:15 p.m. last night and saw what looked like 5 or 6 floating flames coming down from the sky.

I was with two friends which also saw the same thing. The strange thing is, they weren't just dropping from the sky, they where moving in different directions circles, left to right which ruled out fire works or flare guns.

I'm surprised there's no one else reporting this.

Flickering Yellow/Orange Like A Flame Object Seen Over Spokane Washington

Your description largely describes what I and three other people saw last night only from the east coast. It appeared to be flickering like a flame and was yellow/orange in color.

It passed around 9:15 p.m. and then made a second round around 10:36 p.m.

We waited to see if it would pass again but it did not. It seemed to be going in a straight line but I have not seen anything like that orbiting before.

Orange Floating Flame In The Sky Seen Between Burnsville And Eagan/Apple Valley Minnesota

Time:  Just after 12:00 a.m.

I saw your post on Vike Factor re: South Minneapolis orange lights in sky.

Last night 9/15/2012 approximately just after 12:00 a.m. I was driving on HWY 35E between city rd 11 (exit 90) and Cedar 77. Between Burnsville and Eagan/Apple Valley Minnesota.

I was driving east on 35E to get off at Cedar exit to go south.

While I was on 35E, I witnessed 1 orange floating flame in the sky. It had no out shape to it, it was only a orange flame floating all alone. I was headed east and it was headed SW to NW along the median between east and west highway 35E.

Today I have tried searching the internet to see what this is? Many try to say Chinese Lanterns, but I have looked at images online and it was not like that. It was a free floating flame orange, floating along.

I was not the only one to witness this also. My son was in a separate vehicle traveling same direction east to Apple Valley and he saw the exact same thing.

Blue Ball Of Light Zig Zags And With Flame Of Orange Sparks Seen Over Gilbert Arizona

I was driving home from the grocery store and just as I turned into my neighborhood when I saw an odd looking blue ball moving in zig zag patterns and moving in weird directions.

Here is where it gets more interesting. Most of the time it had a long flame of "orange sparks" spewing from behind and stretching long distances. It appeared like a rocket of some kind, but there shouldn't be any rockets flying around above my house.

My actual location is Gilbert, AZ just North of the 202 and Cooper RD. I'm interested in hearing what others may have seen. Thanks.

Bright Object With Large Flame Above It Over Downtown Columbus Ohio

Full Description of Event/Sighting: As we walked to our cars parting ways, an extremely bright-orange/red object caught my eye in the night sky. I paused to make sure I wasn't looking at an airplane about to crash or some kind of lantern or "weather balloon".

The object was a bright red/orange light with an even brighter light-an obvious "flame" above it. It traveled slowly across the sky from east to west clear as day and maintained its size and speed. I called the rest of the group to attention and we all stood in the street watching it.

The craft almost seemed like it was aware that we were watching it! I say this because as we all stood in awe saying , what the heck. It began to decelerate right in our line of sight.

It slowed and slowed until it came to a complete stop right in the air, by that point we knew it was not any normal type of aircraft.

The flame eventually dimmed and the bright orange light remained hovering until it slowly disappeared. From start to finish-the encounter lasted about 5 minutes. Thank you.

At 8:30 pm tonight I saw and orange ball of flame traveling from SE to NW.  At first it was so bright I thought it as the moon through the trees and when is moved out from behind the trees, I thought it was a plane on fire. 

It traveled across the sky until it disappeared in some clouds. It was definitely not a plane.

Flame Like Lights Spotted In The Sky Over La Grange Illinois (Pictures)

I Googled flame like lights in IL and came across your sight. Tonight 8/4/12 at between 8:45 p.m. and about 9:00 p.m. we saw a line of flame like/amber orbs crossing the sky from west to east.

We believe that there were about 7-12 in total. 

The first line was the longest with at least 6 then there were some straggling one that past by.

We only got a few not so great pictures from our I phone and personal camera no video.

They really don't do the image we saw over our home any justice! 

Honestly it was spooky and looked almost war of the worlds with the way they moved across the sky in almost perfect lines.

I'm not in PA, but I just seen the same thing. I'm in Chicago, IL. Happen about an hour ago. I was driving down the street and notice a ball of  flame in the air.

I pulled over and as I was getting my phone out to film  it another one appeared.

Circular Balls Of Flame Spotted In The Sky Over Seneca Falls New York

Time:  9:45 p.m.

Shape of Objects: Circular ball of flaming light.

 

Full Description of Event/Sighting: On July 21st, 2012 my wife and my two kids all sighted the same round ball of flaming light that everyone else seems to be describing. We were baffled I keep trying to tell myself that it was a jet airplane on fire or a rocket ship.

 

I also try to tell myself that its something to due with the recent solar explosion. Now after reading everyone’s accounts, I seriously believe that we as a planet are in the middle of actual infestation.

 

My kids are 7 and 2 and both will stand by me when I speak of what we saw. My wife and I also saw a smaller similar ball of light the very next night without the kids present. In two nights I have witnessed what I have never witnessed in 28 years of life.
