Time: Evening.
I'm not in PA, but I just seen the same thing. I'm in Chicago, IL. Happen about an hour ago. I was driving down the street and notice a ball of flame in the air.
I pulled over and as I was getting my phone out to film it another one appeared.

saw it in ct. wed. luly 25th at around 9:40pm crossing below the moon. left a trail like a contrail. any ideas?
