Time: Approx: 8:00 p.m.
I saw two lights today at around 8:00 p.m.
I just went outside, when my neighbor pointed it out. They were orange and moved slowly and they circled then joined together. Smaller lights came out and it faded away. At one point I flashed my mag light and one stopped moving and got brighter.
