Me, my Husband, kids, and neighbors are seeing a very slow moving, color changing orb in the sky over Alum Rock foothills in San Jose Ca.
It flashes colors, blue, red and green, over past two weeks we will see it and then some nights it's not there so its not at star.
We didn't think it was moving, but as we stood there we saw it move very slowly higher and higher and flash very bright colors.
I went outside earlier tonight and at first it wasn't there, but than appeared shortly after, always in the same general are, but gradually flies higher.

My son and I saw some strange colored lights in the sky above our house in the cambrian park area.
They did not appear to be moving, the appeared to only be stationary at the time.
We watched them for about 20 minuteds and then it got late and we had to go to bed. Will look again tomorrow night to see if they are out again and if possible take some pictures.
reno nv. flashing blue, red, white, and green flashing object in the sky towards the east. moved rapidly up down and side to side. with flashes of solid white objects appearing then disappearing within a matter of a second. 3 iv seen so far. not a joke
