At about 7:30 p.m. there were about 20 burning lights going across the sky from west to east.
They were silent and all traveling in the same direction. They each appeared to have a flame going up from their tail.

Two breathless teenagers just stopped me to ask if I saw two giant blue lights traveling in the night sky over Fullerton tonight. They said one of the lights appeared to "explode" -got bigger- then both disappeared from the sky. Sounds similar to what you are describing in your post a week ago - although only 2 light sources. (Date of sighting tonight: Nov 17...approx time around 6-6:15pm PST)
My boyfriend and I were driving on Rosecrans AVenue tonight, November 23, 2013, approximately 930pm, heading east towards Euclid Avenue. Right in heart of "sunny hills"/Fullerton. Towards our right (which would be approximately over the Fullerton airport) we saw 2 objects in the sky, One appeared to be falling at a fast rate almost at a vertical drop. It looked as if it would crash, but we did not see or hear any crash. It had vibrant elecric blue lights on it and at one point it seemed that the entire vessel was glowing blue. My boyfriend noticed the other object which was flying above us and heading west-bound. It looked like a pentagon shape (5 sided) and had the same bright blue lights on it and one reddish light. It appeared almost 2-dimensional as it flew; it didn't appear to fly as a plane or helcopter does....very odd stuff in the sky tonite.
