I was out walking with someone and we both saw a big ball of fire with a tail behind it.
I could see the flames of the ball and the tail almost reminded me of sparklers sort of.
From where we were, the ball of fire was just smaller than the size of a dime and was completely silent. It was moving from east to west while moving slightly up before disappearing. It lasted only a few seconds.
It disappeared while moving toward the direction of incident number 1.
