Time: Evening.Hi, we live in San Pedro, CA. Tonight, January 13th, 2011 we stepped to our balcony and we saw a strange group of 3 lights above the port area. They didn’t seem like helicopters, because the lights sort of faded in and out.
Then, suddenly 1 or 2 of them would become very small until they seemingly disappeared.
As if they had moved very fast directly to the south of us. Again, they would become quite bright. Hopefully, more people report this incident.
