Just saw very similar thing over St. Petersburg, a set of 4, then one larger and brighter.
They rose from the west moving northwest. They were bright and steady and silent, and large.

I saw the same thing over Treasure Island Fl. Last night Feb. 22, 2013..... It was so big glowing orange in color and silent...it was moving slow and was close enough to see a hazy outline of a square u shape at the bottom of it......I felt as if I was being watched but couldn't stop looking at it....
